A former aide to Andrew Cuomo accused the New York Governor of sexual harassment, saying it took place over many years while she worked in his administration.
Lindsey Boylan, who is now running for Manhattan borough president, alleged that the Democrat governor “harassed” her over her looks and criticized her performance, which she says was due to her gender.
“Yes, [Andrew Cuomo] sexually harassed me for years,” Boylan wrote in a multiple tweet statement. “Many saw it, and watched.”

The accusations of sexual harassment and a toxic work environment come as reports have surfaced that President-elect Joe Biden is considering Andrew Cuomo as his attorney general.
Bloomberg News reported last week that Cuomo was on a shortlist of candidates which also includes Alabama Senator Doug Jones, U.S. Circuit Court Judge Merrick Garland, and former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates.
Perhaps also an impediment to his being chosen for AG is the fact that Cuomo has been embroiled in a coronavirus scandal which many believe cost thousands of senior citizens their lives at the hands of the pandemic.
The Democrat governor issued an executive order in March that critics say forced nursing homes to take on patients that had tested positive for coronavirus.

You know as well as I do it will be selective. If the charge is against a R, then all women are to be believed. If the charge is against a D, then innocent until proven guilty, we must investigate the charges.

This put me in mind of something I saw recently.
I was looking at expenditures for 2019 by the NYS legislature and saw some interesting names on the list, people who were receiving money for strange reasons considering who the recipient was.
Pity we don’t have a press in this country. Those lists need a going over with a fine toothed comb...

I’m glad this is happening to Cuomo, but I do have a hard time caring a lot when they wait so long to bring it up.
I don’t find libs attractive. An inflatable doll is more attractive. At least you don’t have to listen to them spew garbage.
The way I see it, if you don’t quit your job if you are sexually harassed and cannot put a stop to it, then you are being paid for sex. What does that make you? How does make you any different than the woman standing on the street corner who admits what she is? If you wouldn’t go stand on that corner, then don’t work where sex is a part of your duties!
I have no use for this woman, by staying on the job under these circumstances, she consented. Just like Hillary Clinton consented to her husband’s serial adultery by not leaving him. I have no use for her for being that kind of doormat, even if I agreed with her politics (which I don’t.)

Andrew Cuomo Accused of Sexual Harassment
Boylan, who worked in Cuomo’s administration between 2015 and 2018, said people saw what was happening and did nothing to stop it.
“Not knowing what to expect what’s the most upsetting part aside from knowing that no one would do a damn thing even when they saw it,” she continued. “No one. And I *know* I am not the only woman.”
Boylan added that she was “angry” to have been put in the position.
“I hate that some men, like [Cuomo] abuse their power.”
I’m angry to be put in this situation at all. That because I am a woman, I can work hard my whole life to better myself and help others and yet still fall victim as countless women over generations have. Mostly silently.

Last week, Boylan railed against the New York governor yet again, claiming that his office was the “most toxic team environment” that she’d ever experienced.
“Most toxic team environment? Working for [Andrew Cuomo],” she tweeted.
“I’ve had many jobs. Waitressing at [Friendlys] as a teenager was an infinitely more respectful environment. Even when I had bad customers who tipped poorly.”
“If people weren’t deathly afraid of him, they’d be saying the same thing and you’d already know the stories,” claimed Boylan.

Joe Biden Considering Naming Cuomo As Attorney General

The spread inside those nursing homes was devastating, and Cuomo oversaw the state which had – by far – the most deaths from the pandemic in the United States.
A sexual harassment claim isn’t going to help his chances either.
