Is there any question that Flynn is pardoned for the offenses being tried by Sullivan. He only has jurisdiction over the case before him and not all other cases that might be brought in the future.

I’d say his behavior is inappropriate, irresponsible and unbecoming of the Court - since he makes stuff up, a good argument can be towards abuse of his position.
This low-life Judge quoted a bunch of Internet Rumor off Axios in court - and asked the Prosecution why Flynn isn’t charged with Treason.

I think there may be some democrats that don’t realize cheating took place because they only see what’s on CNN and local news. Hard to believe. We need something so huge that MSM has to run the story. I thought the video in GA might have done it but apparently not. When they see biden in handcuffs maybe there eyes will open. I believe Trump has the goods and over the next 10 days it will come out. He is going to bust a lot of people. Then go scorched on these GOP that wouldn’t step up and help him and have his back. He helped put them in office and stab him in the back when he needed them.
Congress has the impeachment power, but it rarely uses it.
Congress also has oversight power. Something they have literally never used to investigate the abuses of Mueller and his Democrat thugs. Democrats are lawless because the GOP has greenlit their assaults on POTUS and his supporters.
There’s a legitimate legal question here about whether there’s even any charges to be dismissed anymore. This came up in the Joe Arpaio case a while back. He was given a pardon while his appeal of his original conviction was in process. The judges hearing the appeal wanted to drop the case from their docket BUT HE FOUGHT IT. I believe he was successful in keeping his case alive by contending that he would rather be exonerated than pardoned.
Yeh good luck with that. Sullivan is going to screw around til he gets his azz in a sling.

And this is precisely because of the bipartisan nature of the copuist assaults on General Flynn. The GOP Senate is free to gather facts on the misconduct of the DOJ and judge at any time. Are they? Nope. The GOP wants General Flynn assaulted every bit as much as Democrats do.

You are right. Even if Trump pulls the election out, what do we do in four years? The establishment will hunker down for four more years and then take over.
A Biden DOJ is also guaranteed to cook up phony charges against POTUS Trump, too, and subject him to scurillous prosecution and punishment, pursuing and dogging him, even unto death. He must be punished for interfering with their globalist money train racket. Imagine all they’ve missed out on in 4 years!

No one has seen one report critical of this Judge quoting Internet Rumor in Court and suggesting Flynn be charged with Treason - in the MSM.
What would happen if these were Trump Judges doing this to Obama and one of his appointees that had been persecuted and had his son threatened with Prosecution by a lying DoJ?
What kind of media coverage would that Judge get?

There is nothing more broad and perfected in the Constitution thsn a Presidential Pardon.

There are no constitutional limits to the president’s power to pardon and thus it cannot be limited by either law or the courts. His power is absolute. Gen. Flynn’s lawyers should just notify Judge Sullivan that since Flynn was pardoned all proceedings against him are moot and that they will no longer respond to any court summons.
Meanwhile, Trump presumably is learning that his own slate of McConnell/Federalist Society judges is not all it was cracked up to be. Here’s the latest one to pop off:
