‘ Racist Judge Emmet Sullivan ignores Laws and continues persecution of Mike Flynn.

Why hasn’t this racist, biased fool been removed from the Bench?

This is no longer about the law. This is about getting Trump. They will get crushed in this pursuit. Waste of tax payer dollars. Sullivan ought to go home.

He has no powers. He cannot prosecute.

Something tells me that a Biden DOJ would reverse course and go back after Flynn. Sullivan is working hard to keep this alive for some reason.

Perhaps the esteemed Justice Sullivan could share with us the passage in the Constitution that gives the Judicial Branch authority over the Executive Branch’s power to grant pardons?

Judge Sullivan is a dangerous political hack and should be arrested and removed from the bench. Let him make all the extra-constitutional pronouncements he wants from his jail cell.

I believe that Gerald Ford set the precedent for a broad Presidential pardon. Here is the pertinent paragraph of Ford's pardon:

Now, THEREFORE, I, GERALD R. FORD, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974.

".. has committed or may have ... or taken part in..." is a fairly broad brush.

Sullivan is just a bitter person who needs to stop his persecution.

You are absolutely right. But the sheer politics are the issue, whether they should be or not. The Republicans agreed that it was good for the country for Nixon to go away. Too many see blood in the water re: Flynn.

Sullivan will have an “accident” or a “heart attack” if he does not cease and desist. This game is a two way street.

Judge Waltonnid a Dubya appointee,

"In May 2007, Chief Justice John Roberts appointed Judge Walton to serve as a Judge of the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, which is a 7-year appointment, and in February 2013, the Chief Justice elevated Judge Walton to the position of Presiding Judge of that same court."

Why is a FISA Court judge chiming in on this?

Which FISA warrants did he approve?

How many did Walton approve for spying on Trump and Trump associates, nominees, staffers?

I’ve been thinking about how the Dems do their dirty work - I don’t think it’s some secret alphabet agency carrying out their assassinations, but rather organized crime. Makes sense where cities like Baltimore or Chicago are D strongholds. Probably someone knows a guy who knows a guy.

Addendum to my previous post on Judge Reggie Walton...

“Judge Walton presided over the trial of I. Lewis AScooter@ Libby, who was charged with and convicted of perjury and obstruction of justice. Mr. Libby was Vice-President Dick Cheney’s Chief of Staff and National Security Advisor, and he was also a National Security Advisor to President George W. Bush.”
