If I were Flynn I would ignore this nut and turn my attorneys loose on the federal government for their abuse of power in civil suits. He’s pardoned don’t give this idiot recognition of anything he tries in his courtroom, its over.

There are many more deserving than Sullivan who still walk free and brag about it.
Organized crime has a semblance of a code of ethics. The US government intel and law enforcement agencies are just pure trash and do whatever they please. Get in their way and get destroyed or taken out. Their only code is don’t prosecute a fellow member of the US deep state, unless they are conservative then they are fair game just like the American people to be crapped on with impunity.

Congress has the impeachment power, but it rarely uses it. Heck, impached judge Alcee Hastings was elected to Congress.
The DC Circuit has not objected, nor has any other court. There is nothing illegal in what Sullivan is doing, meaning it is not a crime. And, if it is not a crime, it is allowed.
Given the tmes, this sort of thing is ordinary behavior by a federal court, not unusual.
Why put the onus on Trump? What role do the people have when the government is in a state of open rebellion?
