How does this Trial Judge Halting PA Certification relate to the Third Circuit Rejecting Trump Campaign's Challenge to Pennsylvania's Election Certification?
Which came first, and which decision takes precedence?

“Most promising...” It is a part of the entire attempt and battle to save Our Republic. Rudy and company goal is to get to the Scotus, while exposing the fraud through the legislature...which is working, magnificently. There will be more exposed in Arizona, Nevada and Michigan. Powell and Wood have Georgia. In Wisconsin the recount has already exposed 160,000 questionable ballots. 20,0000 sure to be discarded.

totally different cases and decision one on constitutionality one on fraud...if found unconstitutional it depends on remedy but could throw out mail in ballots no proof of fraud needed..imo.

This judge made it clear, at least to me, that the case before her is solid and that the expansion of mail in voting is unconstitutional. The relief here seems tricky because there was obviously those who voted absentee legally, so how would those voters not be disenfranchised by their vote being disregarded too. Seems from what I understand of the composition of the PA SC, this judge’s injunction will be overturned and this will end up in USSC. Don’t see how any strict constitutionalist could interpret the PA requirements for absentee voting or how those requirements can be amended any other way than what they plainly say. How then and what relief. Wowsers

The evidentiary hearing will be epic. Wouldn’t want to be a witness subpoenaed by the plaintiffs. If the hearing is held, there night be a number of them pleading the 5th.

How then and what relief. BowsersYup. The USSC will find this unconstitutional and it will tell the PA legislature to do its constitutional duty and remedy the situation.

The Dread Justice Roberts is entirely culpable for this entire debacle. If be would have allowed the original case to be heard and had then ruled according to the law, this whole mess could have been avoided. But instead he wanted cheating against Trump to occur. Now no one has any faith in him as a justice nor any trust in the electoral process.

This judge is a national hero. Sometimes it just takes one brave individual to step forward and take that first bold step before everyone else who was afraid to be the first comes gushing forward.
