We have to hope that the server has records of the data coming in from America (as well as that going out to America, already presumably available in the US).
If the white hats have it, I’m at a loss for why they wouldn’t post the whole thing on the Internet. What about it is presumptively against the national interest for the world at large to be able to examine????

Where does this “equipment” get submitted as evidence? In which state? And proving an issue to a judge who is also a software engineer will be fun to watch.
This is going to be an uphill battle on a good day. Getting this done by December 8th is going to be a Herculean effort. Because you cannot go directly to the Supreme Court— you need to work your way through the system.
If the rumors of staff “watching” this stuff happen in real time is true, I hope a few of them are US Attorneys from Democrat districts. Otherwise this is never going to get far in the courts.
I read another article by a person supposedly in the know that a CIA server was confiscated by an American agency and that it likely contains evidence pertaining to the election fraud. Apparently Haskell and Wray were not informed in advance. Conjecture is that US marshals or Secret service carried out the raid.

Cannot help but think Lyndon LaRouchies have something to do with all of this.
They shut down the servers in Sept 2019...whuch was an interesting time. That is when Wuhan Flu emerged in Italy.
