People on the ground in Germany allegedly reported last week that Scytl, which hosting U.S. elections data through Spain, was raided by a large US ARMY force & their Servers were Seized in Frankfurt.
The Spanish software company Scytl, which sells election manipulation software worldwide that was used in the USA, is on the verge of bankruptcy. The server for the manipulation was in Germany.
Trump attorney Lin Wood talked about it last week and he raised a lot of questions. Mainstream media labeled this as fake news or conspiracy.
More sources confirmed that the raid did occur, some called it fake news and the company SCYTL itself denied these rumors.
During the press conference, on Wednesday Trump’s Attorney Sidney Powell talked about the Dominion-Smartmatic servers that were reportedly confiscated in Germany.
Reporter Emerald Robinson: There were reports that a piece of hardware possibly a server was picked up in Germany. Is that true and is it related to this?
Attorney Sidney Powell: That is true. It is somehow related to this. But I do not know if good guys got it or bad guys got it.
Then on Friday Attorney Sidney Powell went on with Glenn Beck. Powell told Glenn the servers from ScytI in Germany were in fact confiscated and “I AM HEARING THAT IS WAS OUR FORCES THAT GOT THE SERVERS.”
Sidney Powell: “The servers from Scytl were confiscated the other day. I’m hearing it was our forces that got those servers. So I think the government is now working on an investigation of what really happened.”
On Saturday night Newsmax White House correspondent Emerald Robinson tweeted this out:

Scytl on the other hand is claiming this is fake news:

According to the company, Scytl temporarily had backup servers in Frankfurt, Germany, for a project related to the European Parliament in 2019. Those servers were closed in September 2019 and had no connection to U.S. elections. When asked by The Associated Press if the Army had engaged in an operation to recover servers in Germany, an Army spokesperson responded Saturday, “Those allegations are false.”
At the end of the day, this news is more than just a conspiracy theory or fake news but the mainstream media refuse to report about it because it seems that the good guys good the servers! What do you think?

Also, the Dominion piece involved _both_ remote fraud and on site fraud in certain “special” precincts (you know, the ones with no adults in the room...).

Chances are, the servers are operated by SEE-i-Aye, and the FBI are still playing 'planned blindness' and waiting for the clock to run out.
It appears as some here are unable to believe anything. Believe this in 2018 President Trump signed Executive Order 13848 which places punishments against anyone or nation involved in election interference. Look it up
Is he going to wait until January 20? Maybe Dunham and Barr will arrest Biden at the podium? Maybe Seth Rich will rise from the dead?
All the pieces are in place.
We are just waiting for the action to start.

How is this going to be presented to the courts. And where?
Remember, this is 50 individual elections—not a national election.
Where does this “equipment” get submitted as evidence? In which state? And proving an issue to a judge who is also a software engineer will be fun to watch.
This is going to be an uphill battle on a good day. Getting this done by December 8th is going to be a Herculean effort. Because you cannot go directly to the Supreme Court— you need to work your way through the system.
If the rumors of staff “watching” this stuff happen in real time is true, I hope a few of them are US Attorneys from Democrat districts. Otherwise this is never going to get far in the courts.

If the server was being housed in a US consulate (think CIA cover), it is considered US soil. Consulate is State Dept property. With proper US authority (POTUS?) it would be possible and legal.
I thought that this was a hoax when it first came out, but it turns out that it probably is not. In other words I was wrong! Either the others here didn't get the updated memo or they are acting as useful idiots for the MSM and the Democrats.
