The Virginia results in the 2020 Election for President gave Joe Biden a 2.4 million vote lead over President Trump’s 2.0 million votes. What’s odd and needs investigating is how the election ended up this way.

Virginia’s election results started coming in shortly after the polls closed on Election Day. There were 378 separate entries or feeds related to Virginia found in the file obtained and shared around the web from the New York Times since a few days after the election. The NYT data feed shows all the entries from the NYT for the Presidential election at a state by state level. This data does not include county or precinct level data feeds.
One oddity in the file noted immediately is that the results for votes are not in whole integers (e.g. 1, 2, 3…). All of the entries have fractional amounts. This makes no sense since ballots do not come in fractions in the US. Each vote equals one vote.
The first 125 entries reported in the NYT data feed were basically reasonable. The results varied in percentage of votes between Presidential candidates and appeared to be random with most votes going to President Trump. Up through this time (11:03 Eastern), President Trump was leading 52% to Biden’s 46%. At this time 3.3 million of the eventual 4.4 million votes had already been cast or about 75% of the vote was in. This is when things went off the rails.
Eight entries totaling nearly (800,000) votes were removed from the database during this time. This makes no sense. Each vote should be added to the vote totals not taken away.

In my opinion, the election should be redone. Of course it would be a miracle if that happened. This was a correlated coup to decapitate our duly elected president. How does Trump overcome this to stay in office and can he? Time is running out. Hopefully today his team will start acting with serious action instead of making network soundbites.

22 cases being litigated, mostly centered around one of two things. Challenging last minute changes in election procedure that were put in place by someone/something other than State legislators writing laws. SoS, Governors etc changing rules. Because the Constitution clearly states that the legislators are the only entity that can make election laws.
The other subject is repubs having no ability to oversee the counting of ballots, namely mail-in ballots.
Nothing about Dominion or krakens.
Still not one of the Six states needed to change.
I realize they’re part of the gaslight media now. My question was who is the particular individual who told them to call VA for Biden, long before polls had closed and while Trump was still considerably ahead.

Seems the evidence (vote count totals from the NYT feeds) is absolutely compelling that the votes were changed throughout the night in VA, MI, PA and possibly other states by Dominion.
So, unless all these articles are BS (possible), WHY THE HE** isn't the Trump legal team also filing suits about this?
The person who made the calls (I can’t remember his name) kept insisting he was right throughout the night on Arizona. He knew. The rest of Fox that night couldn’t disagree with their own decision desk. A lot of people knew imo. I have no idea who told them. Hope we find out someday.

Unless the SCOTUS cares about the integrity of our recent Presidential Election, nothing will happen. We have seen how the Justices appointed by Republicans have ruled in some obvious cases. I am not heartened that the SCOTUS will care. It is more likely that will ‘go along to get along’.
I agree that a nation wide redo is in order. Not just the swing states or 20+ states those machines are used in. That would be the only way to make it fair and make everyone confident in the system. But I don’t see it happening. I don’t know what they are going to do. There are rules built in I am just not sure what’s called for in a instance like this. I don’t think anything like this has happened before..

Elections are calculated on points around an Algorithm. ( Al Gor(e) Ithm) (aka Electronic Election Fraud)
Their Head of the Decision Desk (someone named Mishkin, I think. Big Dem and Hillary supporter) directed them to ‘call’ each state. I will say to Martha’s credit, she looked shell shocked when they called AZ on election night. She asked ‘are we sure?’ And Stirewalt said ‘yes’ with a wide grin on his face.
Someone named Mishkin (I think that’s the name) was Head of FoxNews Decision Desk. He was very sure of himself all night. He is a big Dem and was a big Hillary supporter.
I’m going on what I saw on election night, not the Gateway Pundit. So much was out of whack that night. GP is just confirming it imo. I haven’t watched Fox News since.

The election should called as irreparably compromised and sent to Congress where the House votes on the President and the Senate on the Vice President. All existing records, however, should be saved for investigation.
In any case, Republicans win both.
Then the Federales should take steps to clean up Federal elections (state and local none of their business...).
