They would have to appoint collaborators to positions with the access - just as they apparently embedded loyal collaborators into the FBI (which themselves could have had counter-intelligence access).

This needed to be out there about four weeks earlier. They waited until a lot of people had already voted, and this close to the election the news companies can just stonewall.

So far, this is just a rumor. There are a lot of them going around this weekend. Too many unsubstantiated or untrue rumors can boomerang and benefit Biden.

I now am convinced the Bidens and probably others have been engaged in actual treason for some time, and will do whatever they are told in order to keep from being exposed and losing it all.

I don't what source you are referring to, but the ubiquitous "current and former U.S. Officials" don't seem to be willing to stick their necks out.
So we already know Biden was in some way involved with the seal team that got shot down in Afghanistan. This would make Bidenski worse than Leaky Leahy by a factor of 10; maybe more.
