The New Castle County PD probably has no real jurisdiction if the computer contains evidence of Hunter Biden engaged in online crimes with victims outside New Castle County.
It's almost certain that whatever is on that computer involves contacts between Hunter Biden and people outside Delaware. This is why the FBI ultimately had to be involved.
The FBI has become a black hole for evidence of leftist misdeeds.
Trump needs to focus on the dangers of a Kamala Harris presidency given that Biden will be ousted for either legal or medical reasons.

Who would make a copy of a laptop? What does that even mean? Surely it means the repair shop guy copied the contents onto a hard drive.
Mystery 2:
If what Giuliani has is a copy of the contents of the laptop hard drive, then surely he made another copy before he turned one copy over to the Delaware police. So if he wants to turn another copy over to the US Marshalls he can do it.
It's good to be a democrat. Child porn on your computer? The FBI points to the state, the state points to the FBI and you go on as if it never happened.
Thought experiment: can you imagine how it would go down if Don Jr has in this situation? Would the media and law enforcement all be falling all over themselves to avoid pursuing it? Do you think Chris Wray's FBI would hide the evidence for nearly a year?

I think they knew exactly that this would happen. They had to follow the proper protocols for this stuff knowing full well this would happen. IT does a couple of things, it reveals just how corrupt local RAT government really is there, and now the FIB can be hounded to actually do something. And IF they don’t, perhaps U.S. Marshalls may take a keen interest in what’s happening.
