Excellent point, Giuliani…

Rudy Giuliani explains how Hunter Biden’s laptop was acquired.

“The process was that the laptop was left by Hunter Biden, in an inebriated… heavily inebriated state with the merchant,” claimed Giuliani on the show. “The merchant fixed the laptop, tried to reach Hunter Biden and Hunter Biden never came back for it.”

“The document that I have signed by Hunter Biden says that after 90 days the hard drive is abandoned and it becomes the property of the merchant. Sometime after it became his property, he became very suspicious that maybe he had evidence of a crime sitting in his office,” he went on. “So he listened to it and he found that he did.”

Giuliani declared, “He had legal possession of it. He legally turned it over to the FBI, and then he legally turned it over to my lawyer. It’s now his property. He can do what he wants with it.

Now, why are they so sensitive about this? When they were more than willing to publish stolen tax returns — not legally obtained — stolen tax returns on the President of the United States.”

“They say it was hacked. It hasn’t been hacked. He never even bothered to find out if it was hacked,” he added.

"He has a document signed by Hunter Biden?"

A Freeper posted this Twitter link to the computer store work order that Biden signed:

Computer store work order

Hunter Biden's full name is Robert Hunter Biden, and it looks like he signed it R H B....iden, but of course like most men today, their penmanship sucks.

I think he did! However, it’s possible that he will be in grave danger for quite some time. I am going to be praying for him and his family.

Everyone knows this is not as reliable as “unnamed sources” or illegally released IRS records...</s>

It is not a shop keeper’s job to say “hey man, I can’t fix your computer because you are drunk.” The problem arises when Hunter forgets that he dropped it off.

I’m still amazed that in 2008 he lost out to Mccain.

He would have made a fine President. I guess it took another 8 years for the base to get fed up enough to look for real change.

His naturally low IQ is likely ‘enhanced’ by drug use.

I do not see anything to indicate Hunter Biden has a low IQ.

Self absorbed, addicted, low impulse control, often inebriated, yes.

Low IQ? I think he only appears that way because he feels so entitled.

After 90 days of not picking up computers left for repairs become property of the repair shop. So why would it be snooping to look at what you own legally?

In most states, any agreements or contracts signed by a person when they are clearly intoxicated are void.

Yes that is contract law 101. However, this is a criminal matter so it does not apply. The individual gives up his privacy rights when providing the PC to a technician. Happens quite often and almost always ends up in a conviction. Unless the technician was pouring over the contents at the request of a law enforcement agency there is no 4th amendment violation.

He lost on the abortion issue. Period. He was excoriated here on FR and elsewhere for his stance on abortion.

The EXACT reason he "snooped", as any handler of computing assets knows, is that if you become possesor/owner of an asset and it may in any way contain anything in which possesion equals culpability for a crime, you would be a fool to not examine it and as the case is here make a copy just before you call the authorities within 5 minutes...
There is no other option...
I've worked with the Feds. and seen the consequences of non-diclosure... Try it and see how your life goes...
(Please don't)...

Wouldn’t he have to prove he was inebriated?
