Rudy Giuliani explains how Hunter Biden’s laptop was acquired.
“The process was that the laptop was left by Hunter Biden, in an inebriated… heavily inebriated state with the merchant,” claimed Giuliani on the show. “The merchant fixed the laptop, tried to reach Hunter Biden and Hunter Biden never came back for it.”
“The document that I have signed by Hunter Biden says that after 90 days the hard drive is abandoned and it becomes the property of the merchant. Sometime after it became his property, he became very suspicious that maybe he had evidence of a crime sitting in his office,” he went on. “So he listened to it and he found that he did.”
Giuliani declared, “He had legal possession of it. He legally turned it over to the FBI, and then he legally turned it over to my lawyer. It’s now his property. He can do what he wants with it.
Now, why are they so sensitive about this? When they were more than willing to publish stolen tax returns — not legally obtained — stolen tax returns on the President of the United States.”
“They say it was hacked. It hasn’t been hacked. He never even bothered to find out if it was hacked,” he added.

This guy is friendly towards Rudy, but you just know a billionaire is going to offer him quite a sum to make it disappear. From what I heard Rudy checks with him before he does anything with the information on the computer. At least that is what he seem to say when he offered F&F to send over someone to check it out.
Ok, so we need a new story. A Russian Agent, disguised as Hunter Biden, dropped off the fake laptop with planted fake pictures and fake emails blah blah blah... Yeah, that's the ticket. BTW, did I show you these naked pictures of Morgan Fairchild, who is my wife?

If the info was released sooner the Deep State would have time to concoct a false flag murder of Hunter (attacked by crazed right wing conspiracy nut).
And it would be blamed 100% on Rudy and Trump.
Now I am thinking, I should re-watch the Rudy speech at Convention as he probably knew a lot then.
He has a document signed by Hunter Biden? That should put a crimp in the “Russians Did It” talking point.
Think like a Democrat. The Russians obviously got him drunk, forged his signature, and gave him some sort of drug to selectively forget that his laptop was missing. Then they fabricated thousands of incriminating files, including photographs, and put them all on a hard drive for the repairman to discover. If the repairman saw someone at the store that looked like Hunter Biden, it was an agent in a rubber mask, like in Mission Impossible. There: debunked!
I apologize — please don’t think like a Democrat.
Remember this all happened just prior to and after Trumps impeachment. That is why the senate wants the FBI to explain why Trumps defense team was not informed about the laptop.
People who know me here know I love Giuliani. He is like a king to Staten islanders.
But I really thought he was washed up for some years now. I am glad to be wrong.

One might argue that if he was sober enough to know he was taking his computer to a repair shop he was sober enough to sign the repair ticket.

On Martha McCallum’s Fox Show last night (comes on after Laura’s Show), she had some Libtard Commentator on who was the designated Baby Ruth in the Swimming Pool.
The guy first tried to push the “there were good people on both sides” lie and she called him on it.
Then he went on to say there is no way the Hunter Biden Computer story is real because it is so hard to break into a Mac Pro.
I would assume that if you drop off a Computer to be repaired, you would have to tell the Shop your Password so they could access Files to trace the problem down.
Then today we find out Hunter’s Lawyer had called the Repair Shop trying to get the Hard Drive back. LOL

Sounds logical. BUT, possibly the fact that Hunter was visibly “highly inebriated” as stated by the merchant is going to cause a problem. In most states, any agreements or contracts signed by a person when they are clearly intoxicated are void. In fact, it can be argued that the merchant should not have allowed him to sign anything.
If an “inebriated” person has been deemed unable to consent to sexual relations, any bets there isn’t a lawyer out there that will argue that Hunter was in no condition to enter a contract, or fully understand the terms of the contract?
If the issue got to trial, that could be a cause for exclusion of evidence. However, this is not a trial. In fact, some have said there is a 4,5th amend issue here, there is not. Guiliani is not a representative of the government nor is the shop keeper UNLESS some agent told him to look into the lap top. As far as the shop keeper goes, once someone turns over something to them to repair, they have given up any privacy concerns. Unless Wray can show this matter was under intense investigation from the getgo, not this tuesday, he and his agency have tons of explaining to do. Hopefully it is just before hearing your fired.
