Assuming a Biden presidency, who would become Vice President if Joe was gone and Kamala became president?
VP Pelosi? VP HilLIARy? (and a quick trip to Ft Marcy Park for KH)
All equally scary, especially since Kamal promised to get revenge on all Trump supporters.

honestly, does it matter?
If Trump is defeated, say Goodnight, America.
My state of Alabama will join Texas and other red states in the New American Constitutional Republic.

Thanks. I was replying to Red Badger's statement, Whoever she picks, the Senate must confirm. So it wont be somebody extreme. They would never get confirmed. That is, don't count on the Senate to be Repub and/or thwart somebody "extreme." Obviously not the House, either.

Probably someone you haven't heard of. Assuming he wins I don't expect Biden to go two terms so Kamala would be the obvious frontrunner in that case.
Biden's really the last charge of the Clinton-era old guard, sort of like McCain was for the GOP in 2008. I expect the next Dem VP candidate will be from the younger crowd.

New VP most likely will smell like sulfur. Names may start with H. Then Kamala may have an Arkanside... moving sulfur to the top.
Assumes Joe drops out before election. Otherwise, may follow lawful progression.

My worst fear is a president hilLIARy.

The House has no say in the matter.
But the Senate, even if the Dems somehow take over, would not be able to pass off an extreme candidate................

Okay, The House does, I forgot. They BOTH have to pass 2/3, which isn’t likely to happen on an extreme...........

She has to pick someone JUNIOR to her.... someone who does nit outshine her.
And she has to find someone NOT TOO ELDERLY because they will be groomed to succeed.

The Dems would have to pull off a HUGE win to get 2/3 of both The House and The Senate simultaneously, especially since only 1/3 of the Senate is up for grabs ON ANY ELECTION..........................

The argument is meant to make sure people think about what comes next, so as to make sure Biden DOES NOT win.
Not just because of the immediate consequences, but future MUCH WORSE consequences.

Never has a more moot hypothetical been posed.
Trump wins, gets the House and keeps the Senate.
Biden and Heels would have more luck playing pick-up stix with their butt cheeks than winning the White House.

Pelosi. Pelosi's going to give up the power of the Speaker of the House for the vice-presidency? In what universe?
