William Shatner never fails to enrage the alphabet people. Seems Captain Kirk doesnt like them using a label to bully him
This is pretty exceptional but then again, Shatners feed usually is.
Take a look and see if you can follow this insanity.

He has more insight on this from when his identity was transferred into Janice Lester’s body in the episode “Turnabout Intruder” ;)

This guy was the first white dude to kiss a black woman on TV.
And they are judging him.
What have they done that was groundbreaking or really had an impact?

What have they done that was groundbreaking or really had an impact? What we have are a bunch of people who want to be relevant but have no cause that is actually meaningful in any substantial way.

Shatner uses Twitter like a gun.
Trump should take lessons from Bill.

Turnabout Intruder is possibly my favorite Star Trek episode. A lot of the fun in watching Star Trek TOS is seeing William Shatner overacting, and he was really able to do it in that episode!

I didn’t see where Shatner actually said “Grow up, sweetie,” on that exchange, but the alphabet people really should have chosen somebody else to pick on. Shatner was apparently quite unlikable on the Star Trek set, so it’s to be expected he would be one to fight back.

Yeah, I thought the actress playing Lester did a pretty good Kirk impersonation as well!

Shatner's acting wasn't overacting in Star Trek TOS, as the Captain Kirk character was a naturally melodramatic ham with a fat streak of shallow sanctimony.
The Shat stuck around long enough and did enough different stuff that he easily outgrew his being typecast (Denny Crane, T.J. Hooker, Canadian supermarket chains, Priceline, Oldsmobile, cameo i n Airplane!, Esperanto movies, etc. etc,)
He is a legend.
