Most of the rabid white racists of the pre-1970’s died off years ago, or reformed themselves, and their kids no longer hold those feelings. The humor of 70’s TV shows and movies like Blazing Saddles helped everybody take a deep breath and laugh about the idiocy of prejudice. But the race industry built by charlatans keeps itself going and the money flowing to the detriment of everyone except the beneficiaries. A bad cop will just as likely set up or kill and leave a “ham sandwich” with a white suspect as a black one. Bad is bad and that infamous video made all of us sick and angry. A person’s soul and character have no color, and that’s the part of anyone which is important.

First off, you’re not talking about a belittling thing so much as just code for a particular type.
And the names for male parts are more reflective of men’s obsession with their parts and naming them everything under the sun. Dick, Peter, Johnson, everything means that thing. It’s not an insult, either.
Just to be clear-you are offended that women only are being belittled for nagging by applying a specific female name to them?
If you don’t think being called a “Dick” is as offensive as being called a “Karen”, I am going to guess you have never been called a dick before.
No, Dick somehow became associated with male things. Which somehow amazingly became associated with something bad (amazing since male members are all-important to them and must be good). It’s indirect at best.
I don’t know where “Karen” comes from but it didn’t start out as yet another nickname for a genital. It went straight to “insult”.
