The Olympics are postponed till 2021. Even that may be tenuous. I will miss watching the final competitions (and all the lead-ups to it) this year.

Even though I really don’t watch a lot of it, the answer is yes.
To: GuavaCheesePuff
No.
But like others I will miss college FB if it does not happen in the fall.
And to a lesser extent, NFL. Don’t really care but will watch on a Sunday afternoon. Sometimes I watch - often it becomes a nap.

I kicked the NFL to the curb when they kneeled for the anthem. College football I would miss if it gets that far.
The NBA is just the brothers basketball association and I could care less. I do watch the sweet sixteen college playoffs.
Baseball lost me way back when the players went on strike two out of three years.

Not at all. I was a big sports fan most of my life but in recent years watched it less and less.
I like having my weekends back. I hike 2-3 hours in the morning and spend the rest of the day reading books, listening to music and surfing the web. Maybe watch a movie or spend a couple hours watching Netflix or YouTube.
Don't miss sports one bit.

Yes. NHL playoffs should be now. Best part of the year. Should be in the second round, have had a few game 7s. Sucks.

How can we “miss” something (absence of professional sports) that we already have in hand?

Only Supercross, Motocross, GNCC, and enduro racing.

No. My only sport doesn’t start until later in the year. You will see the patience people have had will evaporate quickly if football is impacted.

I miss the golf tournaments. NASCAR lost me a few years back after all the stupid rule changes and my favorite drivers started retiring and got replaced by millenials. It ain’t the same NASCAR.

Good question.
I normally listen to the baseball game on radio every day. Maybe not all if it, maybe not all that closely. But during baseball season it is just part of my day.
But I don’t miss it that much.
I think because it didn’t start. It’s just like the off season is still going on.
Also because of the extraordinary unusual circumstances.

I am really disappointed that there is no roller derby to watch. </sacr> That's what I started watching after the NFL went to crap a couple of years ago.
But honestly, I gave up on pro sports, so I am not missing them one bit. Although I do yearn for the days when football players were afraid of and respected their coaches. I yearn for the days when hockey players wore no helmets and had no teeth. I yearn for the days when you could get a $0.75 ticket in the outfield bleachers to watch ball players (not athletes) enjoy playing a game.
