With great fanfare, the first covid patient in Oregon was released, on a gurney, from the hospital today, and sent to rehab facility. He had been their for TWO MONTHS and given Remdesivir which was “touted” as saving him.
Had they given him hydroxychlorquine he probably could have been out in a couple of days.
Outlawing the use of HCQ is criminal, close to genocidal if you include all the people being denied the drug in a timely manner.

They tried Rmedisivir in China and it does not work. hCQ is what works. Greece and Morocco chose that treatment and have the lowest death rates.
It does work for some. The first official patient zero in Washington was on it according to a recent article I read.
This is not a one size fits all.
I still don’t know if I will be able to take any malaria drugs given certain things with me.
But I will ask for Trump’s malaria drug. I have instructed my family to bring in a hemotologist because of a blood disorder to figure out what drugs I can take. I don’t trust some intern to know how to deal with it.
I have a packet of info I am taking with me to emergency room in case i can’t talk that outlines reasons why I want a certain protocol with medical research to back it up.
I think it is really short sighted to say all you want is one drug.

I don’t understand how a governor has the authority to ban a drug that’s been used for decades if the doctor wants to use it.

Yes, the governor, Kate Brown (C Oregon) banned the use of HCQ for the Wuhan flu.
The authority lies in their power over Drs. The state holds the licenses of doctors, nurses and pharmacists. They have been ordered not to use it “off label” for covid. Technically it can be used in a hospital. I haven’t heard of any hospitals using it in Oregon.
Anything that they can’t patent, they pan.
It’s as simple as that.
Why is Fauxchi allowed to patent/profit from ANY drug?

yet both are in abundance everywhere from grocery stores to gas stations
They don’t ban the drug. They threaten the doctor’s license if they prescribe it for Covid.
