What sucks is no wake nor funeral.
But what sucks the worst, and to me is a crime against humanity, is the patients die alone. Their loved ones want to be by their side. Theyd sign waivers, visit one by one, whatever. But they are forbidden. This would be understandable only in an Ebola situation. This is not a virus with a 50-50 chance of getting it from one exposure.
Not I. And I have not worn a mask even once through this whole thing.
“Lost a cousin last night. What sucks is no wake nor funeral.”
