At first I thought the dead air was transmission time - the lag you often get on digital communications. But his later replies and hers were instantaneous indicating that there was zero lag. So it looked like the dead-air time was a “deer in the headlights” problem - brain going “bzzzttt — pffft — kerwhump!”
She was probably thinking “how the hell can I throw him a lifeline? If I do, he’s too stupid to take it.”
All the while he’s thinking “Mika, you bitch, back off! What the hell are you doing?”
This was great to watch. But how totally uncharacteristic of Mika (and her husband) to go after a Dem like that! That tells me something is afoot.

Yes, any information presented to the public with the slightest bit of humor should automatically be judged to be worthless. Anybody that so much as smiles while watching this video should be severely castigated for lacking the proper gravitas.
Indeed. I have never liked Joe. But there is no denying that he used to be a skillful politician. He did know how to handle himself and although he usually seemed “folksy” he was not someone to underestimate.
