If this guy can’t think on his feet in comfortable little interview with a friendly party (albeit the questions were meant to challenge him), he is doomed. I can’t believe he is a politician at all. You can’t go into a mental vapor lock like that over such a simplistic question unless you’ve really got a problem.
Trump is going to shred this guy if he ever makes it to a debate.

I saw the entire interview earlier today.
This shorter video is also very worthwhile, because it distills the interview down to the fact that Creepy Joe does not want anyone looking at records stored at the University of Delaware.

I cannot draw any conclusions from this video. Whoever posted it on youtube ruined it by interspersing “laughing Hillary” and the “national archives” nut.
They should have left the content alone. I am NOT confident that they did not also edited Biden’s responses.

She looked disgusted to me. Trying to hide it best she could. If I could read her mind I’d swear she was saying “This is a disaster. Please tell me he is not our nominee”
I think Joe was prepped for a very narrowly focused interview, they got him pumped up and energized. That was as good as Joe can possibly be.
And he was awful.
In anything like a free-flowing debate with a fast-thinking opponent, Joe would be catatonic.
I’m glad that he clarified his stance on tax records being private and out of bounds for congressmen, senators, vice presidents, and presidents.
Wasn’t he in favor of going after Trump’s taxes.

At the 3:50 mark, Creepy Joe does the sideways Joker smile...showing he is losing his “cool” and cannot believe Mika is actually prosecuting him and not kissing his wrinkled ass. Like everyone else, he expected this to be a very friendly interview.
