The number of people involved in this is mind blowing. I never thought this could happen in our country. When will these traitors be held responsible?
So sad what they did to this man and his family.

Sullivan should be impeached. This stuff was already obvious.

ordering the firm to examine all of its files one more time and come back to his court on Monday, May 4 and swear under oath that it has now turned over every document in its possession

Chortle

dirty “Judge” Sullivan will go down in history
as a dirty, DEEPSTATE, lying framer of the innocent
and PROTECTOR of traitors and seditionists.

His name will be next to Benedict Arnold.

The Deep State NEVER expected HilLIARy to lose.

Me, either.

During the entire election evening supper at SaltGrass on I-45 I had ZERO appetite.

All the way home Mrs. Batangas and I could barely speak we were so racked with gloom.

At last I said: “well, we can still get to the Philippines and ride this out.”

Then God made a miracle happen!!!

it’s all totes normal and stuff, or something

If the case is now dismissed, what it is is the most lucrative legal malpractice case in the history of lawyers.

We've known this for 3 1/2 years.

But the Dept of Injustice under Barr still has Federal prosecutors trying to put him in prison. These are US Attorneys and Assistant US Attorneys that work for Barr.

Barr ordered an "outside review" of Flynn's case - but never called off the dogs while Flynn was being bankrupted and railroaded.

Remember folks, if the Dept of Injustice and the Federal Bureau of Injustice can do this to a retired 3 star general, former Director of National Intelligence, and former National Security Advisor - they can do it to you.

Garsh, Your Honor, we really thought that those “”..6,800 pages of relevant documents that had been withheld for years..”” were the pre-harvested ballots we were supposed to deploy to critical areas of the country in November

Our BAD!!!

We just discovered that the Party has not sent us our allocation of those things yet.

(from the article): "The law firm that formerly represented General Mike Flynn (which also happens to be the law firm in which former Obama Attorney General Eric Holder is a partner)
just suddenly and completely coincidentally realized this week that it had been illegally withholding 6,800 pages of potentially exculpatory evidence in the Flynn case .."

Oh yeah, Eric Holder, the US Attny. General who described himself as President Obama's "Wing Man".
If Obama was coordinating spying on the Trump campaign, and this attack on Mike Flynn was a set up to protect this spying,
then accountability for this whole legal frame up goes to the top of the Executive Dept. and the Dept. of Justice.
This is a conspiracy, along with Justice Dept. obstruction , all politically inspired to convict a patriot who discovered the political spying, and reported it to Trump.
At what point does Mike Flynn get his reputation, or the millions misspent in lawyer fees back, and get to resume a normal life ?

Instead of requesting that the law firm search its files one more time, the judge should call every member of the firm that has had anything to do with this case (including secretaries and paralegals) into his court. He should force them to testify under oath about their knowledge of these files and how they were kept from the defense team lawyers. He should read each of them their Miranda Rights prior to their testimony and assure them that they can have the benefit of an attorney if they so choose. He should be the one to ask the questions. This law firm has made a fool of this judge. He should extract his revenge.

I will keep posting this every time I come across one of these threads:

The most disappointing aspect of all this is that these facts are coming to light AFTER Flynn had entered a guilty plea in the case. Every lawyer I’ve read who has weighed in on the subject has said this really undermines his attempt to have the charges dismissed.

Trump himself confirmed that Flynn was untrustworthy. Both Trump and Pence were justifiably convinced that Flynn lied to Pence. Trump was puzzled why Flynn lied because the lying was unnecessary.

But what really frosted Trump was the childish and insulting nature of how Flynn handled the situation with the president. When Trump asked Flynn what happened, Flynn told the president Flynn could not remember what had happened two weeks before. When Trump fired Flynn (calling Flynn a good man) Trump was very explicit in communicating the fact that Flynn essentially was treating Trump like a chump.

No one wants to hear it, but Powell has been grossly incompetent in how she has handled the legal aspects of the Flynn case. She is making a political argument, and has not bothered to make a valid legal argument. She cannot make a valid legal argument because she does not have a valid legal argument. If she could, she would.

You will notice that cheer leaders for Powell like the Federalist writer, who has the requisite legal experience, themselves NEVER make a valid legal argument. And ask yourself before you respond harshly, can YOU make a valid legal argument on Flynn’s behalf?

I used to think Powell, in addition to bamboozling the public, also bamboozled Flynn into throwing away the beautiful plea deal he got. Flynn’s “declaration” is a totally humiliating statement for him when you analyze it objectively. Now I wonder.

Incidentally, Powell has a new book to promote! Buy, buy, buy!

Good original post.
I think we each need to choose one person in our immediate circle, and set out to inform them about what has happened here. Plan it out, think about why they think what they think, what they believe is important to them, and what information they lack.
Most people BELIEVE that they are objective evaluators of facts, and that they are capable of applying PRINCIPLES uniformly, regardless of whether or not they like the person being judged. If you get someone to agree that a person should not be convicted of a crime under certain specific circumstances, and that people who attempt to railroad someone with false evidence and by withholding exculpatory evidence, then you can slowly, calmly, and in a friendly way start feeding himherit irrefutable facts, which they can verify for themselves. As you go, you can ask them if they’e ever heard this information. As they continue to say no, you can ask them why the source they listen to would leave this out? Keep reinforcing that you believe they are a person of principle, that you believe they care about doing the right thing. Keep adding information that they don’t know. Remember that it is very stressful to encounter information that challenges the reliability of one’s world view. Finding out the people you’ve believed in are actually truly evil is a frightening experience. Guide them slowly, carefully, and supportively, not so much making them believe the truth, as carefully exposing them to the facts in the context of their stated beliefs, and letting them come to the conclusion that what they have been led to believe is factually false, and inconsistent with their principles.
It takes time, but it’s how I went from being a brainwashed liberal to a thoughtful Conservative.
One person each.
Starting today.

So Sullivan is tired. Spare us. This is like the 295th time that the prosecution (or their agents) have dumped a nasty surprise onto the court. If it had been a dhimmicrat defendent he would have ended this sick charade long ago.

Sullivan responded... by ordering the firm to examine all of its files one more time and come back to his court on Monday, May 4 and swear under oath that it has now turned over every document in its possession that is in any way relevant to this case. The evidence available on the public record indicates that the Judge has a better chance of winning the Mega-Millions lotto than he does of getting an honest response from this firm.

This is an epic, disgusting scandal for the ages. If Judge Sullivan, after the revelation of all of this monstrous deception and chicanery taking place in his court, cannot summon the personal integrity to summarily dismiss this case, then the time has well and truly arrived for President Trump to issue a full and complete pardon to General Flynn.

Based on his prior behavior, the Judge will say he's deeply upset and then proceed as if it never happened. He's the same as Barr in the way.

It's going to come down to Trump to set this right.
