This represents absolute dereliction of duty on a grand and unprecedented scale.

The thought of Congress designating its members as non-essential employees by their actions makes me laugh. Apparently, they realize that our CIC is more than capable of holding down the fort. Actually, President Trump will do even better without Congressional interference and grandstanding.
