The rate of the number of individuals who died from the flu to the number of individuals who were estimated to have had the flu is .1% (22,552 / 36 million). This is an estimate and the amount used above by the Director General of the WHO.
However, the rate of individuals who died from the flu to the number of individuals who were confirmed to have had the flu is around 10% (22,000/ 222,552). This is based on actual data similar to the rate for the coronavirus above.
Based on the above numbers, the actual fatality rate for those who were confirmed to have had the coronavirus is 3.4%.
The actual mortality rates for those who were confirmed to have had the flu are around 10%.
The actual data shows that the mortality rate for those who had the flu (10%) is almost twice as high than for those with the coronavirus (3.8%).

I think numbers coming from the US will be my trustworthy. The next 2 weeks should tell the story. This thing is either growing exponentially and overwhelming US hospitals, or it is not.
In any event, when this thing is over, we should have a Marshall Plan (which may be mostly tariffs and deregulation) to make the US economy dominant and independent. We need to crush China and the EU. Let’s not fire a shot, but let’s go to war.

About 27% of the world’s population was infected during the Spanish flu pandemic. This idea that 70% to 80% of humanity is going to get Covid-19 has no historical precedent.
We are so used to the press lying to us about everything that we should also be suspicious of Internet pundits. If at all possible it is best to go to the publication that has the closest connection to real data.

Did you read the article on how the W.H.O. came up with their numbers?
Summary: The flu numbers are a guess, and the guy that came up with this did his math wrong.
Here is what they are calling symptoms.
“Symptoms can include:
Fever
Cough
Shortness of breath”
So if you have that, then they say you have Coronavirus. Never mind being allergies, a cold, heart disease or some other medical issue. Oh no it is Coronavirus according to the geniuses.

*Death Rate = (number of deaths / number of cases) = probability of dying if infected by the virus (%). This probability differs depending on the age group. The percentages shown below do not have to add up to 100%, as they do NOT represent share of deaths by age group. Rather, it represents, for a person in a given age group, the risk of dying if infected with COVID-19.
