When the economy gets you down, just throw truckloads of taxpayer cash at it. At least, that’s what MSNBC Anchor Chris Hayes says Congress should do. Hayes sent out his policy prescription on Twitter in the early morning of March 13: “I increasingly convinced we need Congress to pass a trillion dollar stimulus in the next week, focused on people not industry bailouts. Probably best just direct cash.”

The best stimulus is exactly what PDJT is doing - slashing payroll taxes. That money is injected straight into the economy at the most basic economic level possible. It’s precisely the right thing at the right time.

Here’s an idea - eliminate payroll taxes for some period of time. It would money back in the hands of the people who actually earned it, as opposed to Obama’s giveaway to banks during the fiscal crisis. Of course, Trump proposed it so it’ll never get considered by the House.
It comes out to about $2857 per person. Nancy Pelosi thinks illegals should get $10,000 each (just kidding-I hope).
