Hillary Clinton started it: kaleidoscopic pant suits.
Short ones, long ones, collared, collarless, in every imaginable hue
Democratic National Convention August 26th, 2008:
A couple of men of men standing on the stage holding up two blazers a piece — red, tangerine, pale teal, and a calm light blue — to determine which color would look best under the lights when Clinton gave a speech in support of her party's nominee, Barack Obama.
Other female politicians attempted to followed suit.
Lizzy went full Hillary, with ultimately the same electoral result:
Never go full Hillary
Turns out they were doing it wrong. No need to go all Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test.
Basic black is just fine.
Save that “pop of color” for your feet.
Christian Louboutin So Kate “Cinestripes.”
Plus in a pinch (such as a “no gun” zone) they will serve as a very lethal weapon.

You know, I hadn't thought about it, but Elizabeth Warren could have looked so much better if she'd played up her figure and face more. She's slim, unlike most female Democrats, and her face isn't bad. Better fashions, contact lenses, more make-up would have done wonders for her.
Of course, then there's her voice...

Agreed. As a kid when I was sorting out what was hot and what was not, Jackie was on the not list. My opinion never changed over the years. But I do believe she was a nice respectable lady and she did have class.

I am reminded of Michele Obama wearing a bright red cocktail dress to a posthumous Medal of Honor ceremony. How about the bright blue coat she wore to the Veterans Day event at Arlington Cemetery? Geeze!
Melania has the good sense to know that she has a supporting role and is doing a very good job at that.
