With Christmas right around the corner, you might be tempted to just chuck that shopping list and just get your nephews some video game gift cards. Before you do, you should know about the latest game that lets players fanaticize about killing white people.
“This Land Is My Land” came out on Nov. 20th, just in time for Thanksgiving. You get to play an Indian chief who has to murder all the white people in the game, so you can take back your land.
Modern graphics and gameplay ensure this process is as gruesome as possible.
Players get to sneak up on white settlers and stab them to death or shoot them with rifles and arrows. Players can also kidnap, taunt, and trap the settlers before killing them.
One player shared a screenshot of their character slitting a settler’s throat, who they named “Donald Dump.”
Another player shared a screenshot of their character shooting a white settler with arrows and the caption, “After you intimidate the Pale Face, always remember to shoot them with plenty of arrows until they almost dead.” What happens next is anyone’s guess.
Despite this content, the game is not rated. There is no age restriction and anyone can buy an instant download online.
The game has been accused of being racist – not because the object is to kill all white people but because the game does not differentiate between tribes. The “protagonist” is a merely generic Indian.
“You act like you want to convey that you ‘sympathize’ with the Native American struggle, but you can’t even be bothered to NAME any of the many nations and you lazily mush all the tropes and stereotypes into a mish-mash of generic nonsense!” commented one player, who identified as a Native American.
Another Native American player griped, “I must admit that while it has potential, there is a LOT I am VERY hesitant about. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I would like to know if you had a proper cultural consultant involved in the making of this game? If not, then you have already failed step one if your motives are to bring Indigenous representation in a media format that rarely has such, as I have read in articles.”
The calls of racism also extended to this player, who asked for Native American mythology to be included in the game, like having the main character transform into a bear.
Then there’s the problem that there are no female characters in the game.
“There are plenty of examples of females leading tribes, of them being warriors, and as a Cherokee / Sappony-Sioux Native American, I really have to question your decision making here,” a player commented.
Another player seemed more disappointed that there were no white women or children to kill in the game.
“It’s supposed to be a portrait of historical accuracy to an extent, you’re supposed to have women in camps, their’s also female cowgirls, point is, WOMEN WAS THERE AND IN CAMPS, and their children, women and men got slaughtered, not just men, also women reproduced to add to the camp,” the player wrote.
“This Land Is My Land,” was developed by Game-Labs, which has previously made games about the Civil War, WWII, and naval combat.
At a time when children are stabbing adults in school hallways, parents should be on the alert for simulators that romanticize that behavior.

A lot of modders could chane up the game quickly to allow the player to murder illegals.
I don't know why, and I know this shouldn't but...it just made me want to laugh for some reason. I can't believe it, but...hey, here we are in 2019.

Unless you buy a used retro Life game, get this....
The spinner performs so poorly, that there is a highly coveted card that gives the owner “cash” rewards every time the spinner flies off the track. I suppose the spinner is purportedly more child-safe now.
I bought the retro version. We used it just last night with the grandson. He loved it.
BTW, many of the old kids’ games now sold have owners with similar complaints. Gnip Gnop and Guess Who come to mind, will probably remember others after posting.
There are numerous video games that allow you to kill people. Red Dead Redemption allows you to kill Mexicans.
I always thought they should make a South African version where you’re one of the farmers trying to survive land appropriation.
And Candy Land?
We have a switch and I got Assassins Creed 3 from the library. The whole narrative pits the good guys, this league of century old assassins, against the bad guys, the Knights Templars.
Now I know the Templars were far from perfect but I can easily see the writers of this game intent is to spread anti-Christian propaganda.
Oh, and before the game started there was a disclaimer that said “This game has been developed by a diverse representation of people from all religions”. Barf. I bet not a single Christian was represented.
I never really understood how all entertainment media was in on the game to propagandize our children until now. I will stick with Nintendo only games from now on. Mario and gang whose goal is to ENTERTAIN period.
My favorite game apps are Ticket To Ride and Splendor. Lots of fun. We have the actual board games, as well as Settlers of Catan, we play with the kids.

The truth is that Native Americans had lots and lots of Wars (some genocidal) for millennia long before the (evil) “Whiteman” ever came. They killed each other wholesale again and again in their history.
CONSIDER : Anywhere an India Tribe existed (in the ‘good’ spots) they had likely taken it from some weaker tribe (consider 14000 years of pre-history doing that).
The (evil) Whiteman brought his horses and turned things upside down when various Plains Indians who adopted them became greater raiding pirates and even more warlike. (Those damned Spaniard ENABLERS !!! ....)
Now the history of the ‘Whiteman’ is the same (as is/was every other human society across the globe) - Its just that the Whiteman had advantages/resources/knowhow the Native Americans did not.
This game is some ‘warrior’ trying to stop colonists (or somesuch)
The ‘Whiteman’ on reports of the ‘warriors’ murders simply shows up by the dozens and hundreds (and well armed and organized), and proceeds to burns down the warriors village and kills half the tribe and leaves them vulnerable to winter starvation and all teh other tribes who are the ‘warriors’ ancestral enemies.
That was the way of things in reality on the ‘Frontier’ of the expanding civilization.
EXAMPLE:
One of those early ‘colonist’ footholds (Jamestown) was all but failing - the early colonists starving and dying of local diseases. Then the colony was converted to be under royal authority. A governor and veteran troops (who had just been in Ireland killing/murdering/pillaging rebellious Irishmen) arrived. The Powhatan/Pamunkey tribe (the powerful local super-chiefdom who BTW had many other warring enemy tribes around them) had been trying to eliminate the Jamestown colony after they exhausted whatever trade advantage they had gotten. That local supertribe was thwarted and after some well-employed European tech/tactic driven military actions and thus were nullified.
The rest is history (similar to what as gone on in the entire world since the beginning of time). Just don’t expect your leftard teacher/professor to utter any of it in your education.

Was there ever a study (a real one) done that demonstrates that there are MORE people alive in North America with Native American blood than there were when Columbus sailed ???
