Compassionless Chick-fil-A executives have made an Ebenezer Scrooge like decision to stop donating to The Salvation Army. Many desperately need the help the donation would have provided. The money for the donation would have come from Chick-fil-A customers. Thus Chick-fil-A customers could reverse the decision to stop donating "their" money to The Salvation Army. Chick-fil-A customers could eat at Chick-fil-A less often and donate the money they would have spent at Chick-fil-A to The Salvation Army.
I became a regular at chick-fil-a on that Wednesday they were to be boycotted for supporting traditional marriage. Have not been back since they dropped Salvation Army, and I never will again.
PC
Samaritan’s Purse is a better choice than the Salvation Army.
You won't be missing much. Their food is lousy.
[[Why would Chick-fil-A executives in effect spit in the faces of their customers? ]]
Same reason why hallmark channel is- PC nonsense- Selling hteir morals downstream to placate the screaming left-
salvation army does a great deal of work- awhile back our state went through floods- and they had teams out canvasing the neighboorhoods looking for people affected by the floods to help them-
Samaritan’s purse is good too
Their food is great. Food taste is of course subjective.
I don’t eat fast food.
If I eat fast food Chick Fil A has been where I go 90% of the time. Jury is still out on this drag queen thing. I will ask one of their employees who is in management.

“Does The Salvation Army consider the sexual orientation or gender identity of an applicant in its hiring practices?”
“No. We embrace talented people regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Our hiring practices are open to all.”
Has the management at Chick-fil-A changed?
Samaritans Purse is a very worthy organization. But according to Charity Navigator, its CEO, William Franklin Graham III, makes over $600,000 per year.
I suppose that salary is justified. But its just not something I can swallow. The admiral in charge of the whole Pacific fleet is paid much less. So Ill stick with the Salvation Army for now.
Just my opinion.
We just went on a quick road trip, and for the first time in years didn’t stop at a CFA, even though one was right along our route.
Truett Cathy died a few years ago. Per media reporting, Cathy had his heirs sign an agreement promising never to take the company public.
If true, I think that explains a lot about Cathy’s heirs.
the admiral of the Pacific fleet also gets housing allotments, free travel, a golden retirement package, security and protection, first class accommodation’s, servants, and a shot at making millions in the private sector.
I was a regular customer. Since then I went across the street (literally) and tried that Popeye’s sandwich that’s been getting so much press.
Not bad.
