Samaritan’s Purse is a better choice than the Salvation Army.

salvation army does a great deal of work- awhile back our state went through floods- and they had teams out canvasing the neighboorhoods looking for people affected by the floods to help them-

Samaritan’s purse is good too

Samaritan’s Purse is a very worthy organization. But according to Charity Navigator, its CEO, William Franklin Graham III, makes over $600,000 per year.

I suppose that salary is justified. But it’s just not something I can swallow. The admiral in charge of the whole Pacific fleet is paid much less. So I’ll stick with the Salvation Army for now.

Just my opinion.
