They have been crap news for so long I’m shocked has taken this long for it to happen. Finally someone has a solid case and they had an opportunity to get out of it, but were too stupid to just do a retraction. Now they get to PAY.
I saw this response, which tells me that the Compost has probably cleaned up and deleted all their internal communications by now:
