The American Taxpayers had a deal with the federal employees.
The American Taxpayers would provide protection to the federal employees from being fired for the way they voted.
In return, the federal employees would not take an active role in political campaigns.
The federal employees have broken their part of the deal.

You may not be able to fire these guys but posting them to some dangerous tiny country far from civilization should be in order.

political appointees apparently at the presidents direction pursued a shadow foreign policy that included withholding some $400 million in military aid to Kyiv.
Since one of the duly-elected President’s duties under the Constitution is to conduct foreign policy, I cannot see how he can have a “shadow” foreign policy. It is instead the deep state, slurred as Obama holdovers, who are conducting shadow foreign policy and, according to Politico and the media, should be praised for their efforts rather than being condemned as the rogue actors they are.

And what’s this, ‘For now it feels good to fight back.” Those buzzards - that really fried me. Didn’t JFK just totally ignore the State Department?? Not a bad tactic.

President Trump is right not to trust any holdovers in the State Department, especially those who are dealing with Ukraine. They were actively trying to cover the tracks of Obama/Biden and the Clintons.
