I think the author is confusing NPG with ZPG. ZPG (Zero Population Growth) is the more famous, eugenics organization which tries to reach global zero population growth by preventing births. NPG (Negative Population Growth) tries to get the USA to have a declining population, which it would have naturally without immigration, by sending illegal immigrants home and stop importing new immigrants.
The argument is persuasive. There are too man coincidences between the two Donald Manns, one who died in 2007 and the other who is identified as currently running Negative Population Growth, Inc. at the age of 97.
Furtherm much of life of the one who died in 2007 is omitted in his obituary. Very fishy. I think it is reasonable to surmise that that Elizabeth Warrner’s father-in-law Donald Mann is both deceased and was a eugenicist and founder of Negative Population Growth.
Looks like Gray Beaver’s father in law practiced what he preached. More leftists should.
