Drexel University must pay the federal government nearly $190,000 to cover the strip club spending habits of a former professor, according to a settlement announced Monday.
Over a 10-year period, Chikaodinaka Nwankpa, the former head of Drexel Universitys electrical engineering department, burned hundreds of thousands of dollars in federal funds meant for energy, science and naval research. The $190,000 settlement, which must be paid by the university, will help the school stave off a lawsuit by the federal government.

You just know he headed the department based on merit.
Sounds like he was almost daring them to catch him, actually listing the club names on expense reports. Sheesh.

Head of the department of electrical engineer. Are you kidding me? I wouldn’t hire him to even fix a circuit breaker.
What was Drexel thinking?

The front page of the Philadelphia Inquirer Daily News had this story under the headline, “Women’s Studies”.

Meanwhile the university I went through couldn’t get $800 to repair a high powered laser to do research with.

Chikanodanookie?
Weren’t there some clues here?

That money was probably spent no less wisely than if it had been spent on some BS research project. “$20m university research study concludes that men and women are fundamentally different.”

I like the pun the Philly Inquirer used in telling the story:
"spent on dancers over a decade using grant money he was supposed to have applied to energy, science, and naval not navel research."

Sounds like another H1B scamming the system to get here so that he can take a job away from an American while pursing a career of perversion.
