RIVERSIDE, Calif. - RIVERSIDE, Calif. (Associated Press) - A relative of NBA star Kawhi Leonard has confirmed his sister is one of two women accused of robbing and killing an elderly woman at a Southern California casino.
The Riverside Press-Enterprise reports the aunt of 35-year-old Kimesha Williams confirmed Saturday that Williams is the sister of the Los Angeles Clippers forward.

I swear that I saw a dude wearing some sort of dress at Wal*Mart earlier. Not that I was at WM, mind you. Nor did I pick up a box of cheap 9mm ammo (the cheap stuff was all they had). I'll have to look at one more just in case. I sold one of my boxes a few years ago.

Kawhi is a great player but his family has had some tragedies for him. His father who ran a carwash was shot dead before he became an NBA player and now this.

WTF is a “deadly robbery”? I believe that the term of art is first degree murder, or felony murder. If you rob someone, and the robbery results in the death of your victim, you have committed first degree murder.

If he had killed an actress like Sharon Tate or a politician like Bobby Kennedy there would be no sympathy. The lesson is that society does not really think black lives matter, at least when they are the victims of street homicide.
