The Deep State Will Face Justice Soon! Right?
American Thinker ^ | August 31, 2019 | Peggy Ryan

We're repeatedly told by reliable sources that these crimes won't go unpunished — "justice is coming," "buckle up!," "tick tock," "BOOM!" The DOJ is about to drop the hammer on the bad guys. Yet after two years of this drama, not a single indictment or prosecution

Now we're awaiting the much anticipated I.G. report on (FISA) abuse that's going to blow Spygate wide open. Or not.

So far, the I.G. is batting zero on justice. The I.G. report on Hillary Clinton's email investigation showed pervasive bias for Hillary, talk of an insurance policy should she lose, that Hillary should win "100 million to 0." Yet in the end, Horowitz pulled a Comey, said the investigators' hatred for Donald Trump, their loyalty to Hillary Clinton, didn't impact their findings in any way. Huh?

And on top of it all we hear about all the Q crap and indictments waiting to happen. Ats all seeming like a big wishful thought.

Agree. Privilege point is useful not for legal purposes per se, but for framing the issue of wrongdoing ... by specific members of the Obozo administration intimately involved in this hoax. The public at large needs to be aware and reminded repeatedly that the papers were not Comey’s to do with as he pleased. And since he acted outside the bounds of what he was allowed to do in his high position, what else might he have done that was covert and perhaps illegal? If charges come down against him for lying to FISA court under oath, the public might be less surprised and less likely to bite into the rotten demokrap apple that he is being politically persecuted.

-- If charges come down against him for lying to FISA court under oath, the public might be less surprised and less likely to bite into the rotten demokrap apple that he is being politically persecuted. --

The public is going to break down on partisan lines if Comey or any others are indicted. And on the FISA warrant, don't forget we have five named signers, not just Comey, plus a number of unnamed agents. Comey, McCabe on the FBI side. Rosenstein, Boente and Yates on the DOJ side.

A significant complicating factor is that all of this is in FISA/counterintelligence context. No FISA warrant has ever crossed-over and been used in a criminal prosecution, even though the entire purpose of FISA is to facilitate exactly this migration, to avoid a situation where facts indicating criminal conduct were obtained without a warrant. As a matter of constitutional law, snooping for counterintelligence purposes does not require a warrant. Comey has a good argument that FISA is itself unconstitutional, for hamstringing counterintelligence investigations.

Just saying, things can get really messy if the FISA warrant shenanigans is the point of criminal prosecution against people who were involved.

I've said before that I'm coming of a mind that the public is better served if no prosecution takes place. This is counterintuitive, but the best outcome is that the public come to a total distrust of the government. The government is engaged in overthrowing the public. The government is in revolt against the people. The political process is pointless.

It takes time to eliminate ant chance of loop holes for the crooks, the wheels of justice grind slowly but the do grind.
Note how Hillary (the teacher) was a master of loop holes starting with white water.

Don't forget, "trust Horowitz", "trust Wray", "trust Huber"...

That explains a lot. So what we got is yet ANOTHER Jeff Sessions.

At least Sessions told us on day one, that he would recuse himself and do nothing.

Not so for our current AG?

Those wheels have been grinding for an awful long time in Hillary's case (and many, many others).

How long should we wait on the wheels to grind for the coup plotters?

Comey was involved literally in attempting to overthrow this government - to substitute his judgment and ambitions for that of 63 million voters who had elected Donald Trump president - he set up an ambush to try to get Trump to say or do something that would allow him and his henchmen to bring charges against Trump that would eventually have him removed from office - but the best a years long investigation of his activities could produce was a written tongue lashing and some weak recommendations for criminal charges which were rejected by the Justice Department on the basis that he had violated regulations and not laws - no one will be held accountable for any of this corruption because the guilt will all be washed out in technicalities and word games.......

There were allegations at that time that the deceased had been having an affair with Sen Neckbrace and become pregnant...Seeing his presidential prospects and his marriage going down the spinner gave him motive to get her passed out drunk, drive her off a bridge in the dark to drown, and make up any story he wished...The locals were impressed with their local royalty and played ball...Papa Joe’s money bought off her family to hush up...

I hope you are basking in health, Windy!

I agree with you about the state of our country. Trump, during the campaign, admitted that though he knew Washington was filthy corrupt, it was way worse than he had ever imagined. Just the fact that he probably has been attempting to “drain” any part of it and can make no headway now teaches the American people paying attention that

WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE POWERS THAT RUN THE USA. They have found ways to own all 3 branches of official govt as well as the vital fourth branch, the media.

And now we know, We elected someone who was going to try and get the powers back to the People as in the Constitution and he can’t do it. No one else (one person) will be able to do it either, as the globalist oligarchy is too strong. They’ve got the Epsteins and alphabet agencies (a marriage made in perfect powerhungry Hell).

We are playing by the book. We don’t stand a chance without something closer to divine intervention. Humans fight for freedom. If we get a chance, like all our feel good movies, Americans can do what it takes. I don’t know what that is. I’m not saying it has to be violent because I don’t believe it has to be. Maybe enough exposure to enough sleepy countrymen will wake us all up and we will just demand we get control back.

Skepticism is an important and often good reaction. I wasn't suggesting YOU were despairing, just that I see too much of it from the right when we should hold our heads high and push back against the left. We aren't causing this sh*t.

Fwiw, I don't know what's coming. I can guess, can prepare a little, be ready for various scenarios. But because there are so many outcomes we can head towards, it's kind of difficult.

Keeping an open heart and mind as we traverse the next decade is really important. We have to stay alert, keep watching, thinking, and above all stay steely eyed straight about what's going to happen.

It's what our times demand.

Quitting is a healthy adaptive response when a goal can’t be reached.

That can mean a lot of things. We can't quit in our fight against the left. Maybe we can rethink how to fight, or change tactics, or figure out what we need to change. But quitting against the left is to quit in the fight for a better life.

Politics isn't the only way to fight back. I like John James and will help him win (met him in 2018); love Trump, but it's not only about him.

It's about a way of life, and how to hang on to it. In that regard, we can never quit.

That sounds EXACTLY what happened and makes a hell of a lot more sense than the BS story the public was given. And seeing how Michael Skakel - who was just a Kennedy nephew - was protected for so many years after killing Martha Moxley it goes without saying Senator Drunko would have been protected as well. They are ALWAYS protected, crashing their cars while driving under the influence, or that other Kennedy b*tch a few years ago driving under the influence of drugs and crashing into a truck and the truck driver gets blamed, it’s unreal how the left is so utterly protected and to me it’s because nobody has the balls to do what’s right and serve EQUAL JUSTICE. Like my tagline says....
