Whites tend to vote Republican, while nonwhites tend to vote Democrat. This proved true in the 2016 election, when Trump carried white voters by 20 percent, while Hillary Clinton won 74 percent of nonwhite voters. With the number of Latinos living in the United States nearly doubling since 2000, it is not difficult to see why Texas could soon follow California, Colorado, and Nevada into the Democratic camp in the next 20 years.
Using the 2000 census and the 2010 census along with 2018 data, the electoral reality becomes more clear. The population of those under 18 will be majority nonwhite next year. Each of the major ethnic groups is expanding at different rates. By averaging the rate of annual population change between 2010 and 2018, we get an estimate of 2020 demographic figures. The number of Latinos will likely increase to nearly 63 million in 2020, an astounding 24 percent higher than in 2010. Latinos will comprise 19 percent of the overall population by 2020, up 50 percent from 2000. Finally, the proportion of whites as a percentage of the overall population will likely decline from 69 percent in 2000 down to 59 percent in 2020.

The voters in their 30's and 40's identify as "independents" and that category outnumbers both Republicans and Democrats in this State. Unfortunately, those "independents" tend to break about 60-65% for the Democrats when they vote. Their turnout seems to be lower than voters with party affiliations.
Hispanics vote Democrat about 60% of the time and that does not appear to have changed very much in the last 10 years. Hispanic populations are increasing.
Blacks have voted Democrat about 90% of the time since the early 1970's. That may be changing since the 2018 election, but it is not yet clear. Black populations are stable.
Women vote Democrat at about a 50-60% rate. Single women vote Democrat at about a 85% rate. The percentage of single women in the general population is increasing.

More likely we will experience something like the Spanish civil war once the GOP has been discarded by the Democrats. They simply don't need or want a token opposition anymore. But 66 million people will be difficult to suppress. Groups we have never heard of will come out of nowhere and register their disapproval. It won't be by voting either.

Latinos are overwhelmingly socialist. Maybe it’s because that’s all they know, as most of them came from socialist countries or have roots in socialist countries; or maybe it’s just because they actually like that sh!t.
