The owner of a well-known Michigan restaurant is standing up for himself and his free speech rights after internet trolls couldn't handle the thought of them making political donations to President Trump.
“Voted #1 Best Breakfast in Michigan,”Anna’s House has several locations across the state but now people are claiming they won’t eat there after seeing the chain’s Federal Election Commission filing, which details political contributions for the Trump campaign.
As WXMI-TV reports:
According to the FEC, Anna’s House Corporate, LLC has made two $2,800 donations to Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. One contribution is for the primary election, the other is for the general election. Anna’s House is also listed as giving $15,000 to Trump Victory, a joint fundraising committee. All three contributions are dated on April 2, 2019.
The donations were revealed in a screenshot posted to Facebook by Doug Chu, who expressed his disgust with the words, “anna’s house is cancelled.”

They have several locations in Michigan. Haven’t been to one yet, but I see thay have one in Ann Arbor. I need to go to Ann Arbor soon. I’ll make it a point to go there.
Looks like mostly a breakfast/lunch type place. Solid Yelp and Trip Advisor reviews. Prices are comparable with Bob Evans.
Did Chu’s mother teach him to treat people who differ from him like that? Mighty biblical of him.

It’s legal for customers to boycott a business because of the owner’s political beliefs.
However, it is against the law for a business owner to boycott customers because of their political beliefs.

A lib Boycott? That’s great for business. Now the place is on the map as a Trump no Lib Zone. Enjoy your breakfast in the company of LEO’s, veterans, and God loving Americans. You won’t have to listen to the people at the next table complaining about the President. I wish there were more places like that.
