On today's Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough, speaking as someone who unequivocally proclaimed "I want Donald Trump to lose," said that last night's debate was a "disaster" for Democrats.
Scarborough made a four-pronged argument: first, Dems went after each other rather than attacking President Trump. Second and third: the unanimous Dem support for health-care-for-life for illegal immigrants, and for making illegal entry into the US no longer illegal, will lose the Dem candidate several states.
Finally, whereas Kamala Harris scored points with her attack on Joe Biden regarding busing, no Democrat today will actually support busing, moving children, for example, an hour from San Francisco to Oakland. Scarborough also said Biden's performance might have been the "most disturbing" he's seen since Reagan's first 1984 debate.

The Democrats know they have lost most of the decent people in America so they need to pander to illegals and get as many of them into this country as possible to make up for their declining voter base.
What this means is that illegals are being treated better than citizens. They are issued driver's licenses, given welfare and all kind of other freebies to ensure that they all vote Democrat - all at the expense of hard working natural born citizens who have always played by the rules and have gotten screwed over as a result.
I know there are still decent people out there who consider themselves Democrats but I'm sure they are having second thoughts about supporting such a party.
I think it was when Biden was still VP that he said America “was not brown enough”. I remember it distinctively and I think google has scrubbed that - can’t find it.
But I hear she's more persuasive on her back.

The Demonrat party doesn’t want Hispanics (especially illegals) to actually vote. It makes vote harvesting harder. They only want illegals to be on the voting rolls, so the machine can vote them 100% Demonrat. It’s the Chicago way, and now everyone’s doing it - see California, where over 3 million illegal voters were counted.
Absolutely true. The MSM is just the propaganda arm of the DNC. You are right, if the media just was straight down the middle the Rats would be in the mid 20’.
Why does this idiot not expect them to attack each other? They’re all trying to secure the nomination. Ignoring the competition and just attacking Trump doesn’t move the ball forward. Is he that stupid? Well actually yes.
The moderators avoided asking questions like, "How will you pay for it?" Situations like increased crime, collapsing of the safety nets, overwhelming of the medical system are conveniently sidestepped. With this clown car, the majority of crazy left candidates can collectively shout down anyone who's remotely sane.

But in order to secure the nomination, he’s going to have to do exactly that! And in so doing, looses any chance at beating Trump in the General. Sucks to be Joe!

Joe got the word that Kamala, not Sleepy Joe, is the anointed nominee. Time to torpedo Sleepy Joe’s campaign before it gets out of the harbor.
Scarborough is only thinking of the general election. First the candidates have to get there and the way to do that is to take those positions. Whoever emerges will then start lying in all likelihood.
Realclearpolitics had shown a bump for Trump after the first debate. Now the front page says that he is back down to the pre-debate 7.4 spread. If you click the link though, there is no new polling data and the spread is 6.7 which reflects polling after the first debate. It will be interesting to see the polling from after the second debate.
Sure, he’s thinking about the general.
But video clips of the candidates raising their hands in favor of illegal health care from this debate will be available to be replayed in the primary. So the candidates will have to hedge their statements in prior appearances, and that’s causing him some concern.
He wants them to lie consistently.
Polling is meaningless. The polls are just Dem propaganda that are used to favor one candidate over another in the primaries. Allegedly, they can all beat Trump.
I didn’t watch. I couldn’t. But I can’t believe I am saying this — Hickenlooper is moderate! I live in Colorado and always disliked the guy. But he is the only “moderate” in the crowd of Democrat thieves. Moderate meaning he is less communist than the rest.
I guess it will be up to Hillary to step in and save them.
