DiGenova believes that the NSA database contains the 30,000 emails that Hillary Clinton deleted from her server, and that the two US attorneys tasked with investigating the scandals will access those emails in the course of their investigations.
Recall that US Attorney for Utah John Huber is supposedly investigating the handling of the dropped prosecution of her violations of national security law with her home brew server and possible crimes related to the Clinton Foundation, including presumably, the Uranium One acquisition of US uranium reserves by Russian interests and the massive donations to the Clinton Foundation.
Hillary might be as nervous as an old whore in church right now.

She was never charged with obstruction of justice. Should have been. Should have been jailed for life.
Well of course they have Hillary’s emails.
The NSA read them from the Iranian servers. Then checked for accuracy against the versions on the Iraqi, UK, French, German, Polish, Swiss and Israeli servers. Trump was joking. Russia never had a copy.
With today’s IT tools and processing power keyword searches of 30,000 emails should be very easy to do. Just saying.
Had her emails. They will have vanished by the time anyone gets around to them.
Everyone knew this YEARS ago.
Congress, and the FBI, seemed mightily in incurious about this. Hell, EVERYONE around the world apparently seems to have the emails, except the American people.

I appreciate that Lifson omitted DiGenova’s logical fallacies about what US Attorney Huber may or may not be doing, despite his fierce conservatism DiGenova has a long history of getting out in front of his skis and the less he says about Huber the less embarrassing it will be in the long run.

You can’t use them as BLACKMAIL tools if EVERYBODY already knows what’s in them.
I’d be willing to bet that Russia, China, Israel, Germany, France, Japan, NK, SK, India and 10k 16 year-old hackers have them.................
Of course NSA has them. They have EVERYONE’S emails.
“Believes” and “has” are totally different concepts.

Huber is a total failure. He’s he spends all his time kissing up to Romney so he is useless as far as law enforcement goes. President Trump needs to fire him and replace him with someone who respects the law.
There’s another article here today in which claims that Huber has not even begun investigating the Clinton Foundation.
Seems this Obama appointee is serving against his own wishes, so how can anyone expect him to drag his benefactors to justice? Utah seems unable to produce anything other than status quo zealots, anyway.
They have Hillary’s emails. They have texts between you and your kids twelve years ago.
Yes they do.
And they will use them against you if ever the need arises...............
