Last I checked, women still don’t get pregnant without sperm - the only source for that being.......men.

That doesn’t change regardless of the mechanism used to get the sperm in there. Sex, turkey baster, or artificial insemination - it’s sperm from the male and it’s 1/2 the chromosomes.
