See link for full album. So 30k workers go on strike at Stop & Shop over increase insurance premiums of $2-5/week and they jump on the crazy racism train. Good luck getting you customers back.
Sure looked real on film. Gave me the creeps.
Gives me a momentary case of the creeps, everytime I see it, though it’s only a ‘special effect’.
And after the strike?
“Welcome back. You’re fired for your racist posts on Facebook.”
I hate automatized checkout. You are doing their job for them!
In Philly, Acme is the local union supermarket. You can really tell the difference between these workers and their non-union counterparts, esp. in terms of friendliness. Do unions attract miserable people or do unions make people miserable?
I wonder how many of the striking workers ever look in a mirror. Th one’s I’ve encountered didn’t look like Rhodes Scholars.
Youtuber Sargon of Akkad (Carl Benjamin) made a white liberal SJW cry while they were debating. The white SJW was saying they all had white privilege and needed to admit it. Carl Benjamin said he doesn’t have privilege because he’s white and is being actively discriminated against as a white male.
As the debate went on where the SJW said that whites are unfairly advantaged, Carl Benjamin said, “You’re a guilty white supremacist.” Pause, confusion, “What?” “You think whites are better, you just feel guilty about it. You’re a white supremacist who just feels guilty about it.”
The SJW started bawling. And note - Carl Benjamin is a classic liberal British atheist, not “far right”.
Yes. (The two hypotheses are not mutually exclusive.)
Thank God for that.
I’ve had personal experience with it for a loved one; a family member took an unpaid leave for months so they could be there daily.
Yes, plenty are foreign - but in my experience the attitude is from American ones as well.
