On Monday, the world reacted in horror as the nearly 900-year old Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris was nearly completely destroyed by fire.
Horrific flames quickly engulfed the entire core structure, and after 2 hours, the iconic spire collapsed, along with most of the roof and its 210 tons of lead.
That's what we know.
Here's what we don't: What caused it?
Well the media seems to have focused on one reason, and one reason only: the cathedral was "under construction" -- a reported $7 million project lasting years, and scheduled to complete just this year.
Therefore the most logical reason, absent obvious foul play, is a "construction accident."
FoxNews and most other nets treated it as such:
Given the scope of the renovations, it is quite likely a "welding spark ignited paint thinner" or any other cause widely speculated in media reports, that can typically occur on a busy construction site.
But there's just one big problem with that.
Two hours after the spire collapsed, French-Greek journalist Sotiri Dimpinoudis reported that there were no construction workers onsite at the time of the fire:

Geller’s report is a little confusing, but it looks like at least one of the women In the earlier attempt was sentenced today. And if the fire started at two separate points, it could only be arson.
“a careless construction worker.”
No way this was one careless worker. If no arson, then a corrupt workforce.
I'll bet it was almost everyone's first thought, especially in Europe.
Terrorism is not terrorizing unless people that are targets of the terrori know that someone is indeed terrorizing them.
The fact that no one has come out and taken credit for it suggests that it was an accident.

I found confirmation that the St. Michael district was sealed off but can’t find anything about road closures for Paris as a whole. Did he mean just that district, or the whole city?
I wondered about that in earnest.
The whole narrative today was that Paris and France were now secular and that Notre Dame is more of a tourist attraction like a mall as opposed to a house of worship.
I wonder if God sent a message. Obviously there’s a reason in His plan but I did wonder if it was because God was abandoned in France.

I’m thinking it was either a Polack with a cig or a muzzie. Two Polacks with five at the same time? Nah.
His brother just told me the roads out of the city. The guy is retired DIA but can’t be too inquisitive. He was one of the old hands there and was a Flynn guy. He had difficulty after Flynn was sacked by Barky because the new lefty juveniles in the Agency gave him a bad time as they tried to drive the vets out. If I hear more I’ll be back.
Trying to confirm this and not able to yet. If that were true, wouldn’t it be on the news? Though by now it’s the middle of the night in Paris, so maybe not.
