Last year MSNBC host Chris Matthews confidently stated that the "HMS Trump" had hit the Robert Mueller iceberg and would probably sink. That attitude contrasted sharply with the meltdown that Matthews suffered on Friday when the Mueller report was finally released with no new indictments.

Stopped worrying about this investigation a year ago when i had grown tired of underestimating Trump.

Funny, I live in NYC and worked close by him and met him a few times VERY briefly, and he was very cordial and seemed quite bright.

But I did doubt him a lot the first year, though of course I voted for him.

I don’t doubt anymore. And I don’t give a #### what he says on twitter anymore.
