My daughters love Broadway musicals. They made me go see one and I nearly fell asleep. It did absolutely nothing for me.
I don’t get the appeal of musicals period, but Hamilton especially. Revising history is horrible.
Because it is a minstrel show but politically correct so people don’t have to feel bad about being racist.

Seriously, it's like some bizarre religious thing for them. They'll spend thousands on tickets and then post pictures of themselves at the show on social media, then all their liberal friends have to post about how jealous they are, or how they've seen it like seven times and they would cut off their big toe to see it again. i believe it is an interesting interpretation of american history, and not a rewriting as some have suggested... a nice allegory for we are all americans.
