The so-called sex-assault-survivors’ (an expression that monetizes on holocaust iconography) claims remain uncorroborated by witnesses. The FBI report puts Kavanaugh in the clear, and it’s currently being reviewed by Senate. The report was delivered yesterday, on Wednesday, and, again, no witnesses to corroborate Ford&friends allegations of sexual misconduct against Judge Kavanaugh were anywhere to be found.

It’s almost over. I was never worried because of the 3 axions: 1)Mitch cares about his legacy, 2)Kav never quits, 3)Trump never quits. Per Scott Adams, this should produce one of the highest turnouts of all time (for republicans).
Remember this repugnant process come election day, and get your butt out to vote.

I do not believe Ford was ever assaulted let alone by Kavanaugh. I do think she is an overwrought activist nut who tried to stop his nomination by falsely accusing him anonymously but she did not count on the dems leaking her name
and having to go all in by testifying.The great thing about not being a politician is that you can say what you truly believe despite the sloganeering narratives of the MeToo movement. There are women who are truthful and women who have been assaulted. Ford is just not one of them.
Question: If Brett Kavanaugh is confirmed over the weekend, which day next week will Christine Ford show up on “The View?”

What nobody is remarking about is how the Democrats, in their efforts to reject him, have made him an enemy.
As with justice Thomas before him. But having an enemy of that sort is not your typical, “payback”, because such justices think strategically.
In justice Thomas’ case, I think his revenge came in the form of an extraordinary concurring decision in McDonald v. City of Chicago (2010), a major gun control decision. While all the other justices were focused on the 2nd Amendment, justice Thomas built a bunker around the decision by citing the 14th Amendment.
In particular, the Fourteenth Amendment’s Privileges or Immunities Clause. This pretty well kills a lot of federal gun control for the foreseeable future.
And this is payback. The decision itself is extensive, amazing, very well footnoted, and should be engraved in the law books for generations. Future gun control laws will now almost exclusively be at the state level.
I imagine once a justice, Kavanaugh will plot an equally good revenge on the Democrats. And I doubt that justice Thomas will interfere with this, either.
