I can't believe that no one sees through this plot to shoot Kavanaugh down. The accusations were carefully constructed with amorphous details to protect the author from libel. In fact Ford has already sued for immunity.To elicit sympathy Ford is portrayed as a confused and helpless victim, rather than the scheming Democrat activist she really is. This whole scenario was constructed by her lawyers to effect the maximum political impact on the female members of the electorate. I say, confirm Kavanaugh and take accusers to court.
The 2nd charge is more lame than the first, and proves the fraud of both.
Everyone knows it’s a fraud.
Especially the people who are promoting it the most.
This is a headlong plunge into third-world politics. If America doesn’t overwhelmingly reject it, we will deserve the consequences, and they will be terrible consequences for all.

I remember when one of George W Bush’s canidates for Supreme Court (Hispanic, but can’t remember his name) was hounded so much that he just withdrew.
There are 3 oimportant groups to consider here.
1. The leftists will believe anything bad about a conservative, true or false. They don’t care about the truth; they just want the power for their side.
2. The conservative base can see through this easily and wonders why others don’t.
3. The independent swing voters don’t think much about politics, history, ethics, but they decide elections unfortunately. They can be swayed by propaganda by the enemedia. This is who the corrupt media is targeting with their message.

I don’t understand why they are not just going forward with Kavaugh’s confirmation. I think it’s been shown more than once that Ford’s story is pure horse hockey. Why isn’t Grassley just doing what needs to be done?
