On page 203 of the Inspector General's report, it’s revealed that the “impromptu” meeting between Bill Clinton and then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch on a tarmac in Phoenix, which was supposedly just a meet up of two very famous Democrats with private jets, was actually set up by Clinton’s Secret Service detail and the FBI.
According to a report by the Inspector General (IG) the FBI set up the now infamous Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch tarmac meeting. Buried in the IG report of the FBI’s conduct during the 2016 election comes the revelation.
On page 203, it’s revealed that the “impromptu” meeting between Bill Clinton and then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch on a tarmac in Phoenix, which was supposedly just a meet up of two very famous Democrats with private jets, was actually set up by Clinton’s Secret Service detail and the FBI.
The 30-minute meeting on June 27, 2016, came just days before the Department of Justice was set to conclude its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server for communications that included classified documents, reported the Conservative Tribune. Clinton maintained the tarmac meeting was just a standard meeting and nothing in it was important enough for him to postpone his flight for.
“It’s absolutely not true,” he told investigators about accusations he delayed his takeoff to meet with Lynch. “I literally didn’t know she was there until somebody told me she was there. And we looked out the window and it was really close and all of her staff was unloading, so I thought, ‘she’s about to get off and I’ll just go shake hands with her when she gets off.’ “I don’t want her to think I’m afraid to shake hands with her because she’s the Attorney General,” Clinton added.
Basically, according to the Conservative Tribune, Clinton had no idea Lynch was on the tarmac in Phoenix, yet the IG report specifically says he asked to meet with her. “The Deputy Chief of Staff (for Lynch) said that she had ‘zero knowledge’ that former President Clinton was there before she saw him approach the plane. She stated, ‘And if I had knowledge, I would not have been in that van. I would’ve…stayed on the plane and got everybody off…. No heads up or anything.’
“The Senior Counselor said she asked everyone in the van if they knew that former President Clinton was going to be there, and they all said no. The OPA (Office of Public Affairs) Supervisor said that he later learned that former President Clinton’s Secret Service detail had contacted Lynch’s FBI security detail and let them know that the former President wanted to meet with Lynch.”
No! The FBI and the Secret Service DID NOT set it up.
Clinton requested the meet, and those two agencies complied with his request.
Word smithing is certainly employed here. They try to make it sound as if it wasn’t Clinton’s idea in the title.
I might have been an effort to avoid telephone surveillance, but it might be because some physical thing needed to be transferred directly and without the knowledge of any 3rd party, a code key, money, files, or who knows what.
Who knows? Maybe the Hildebeast knew about it, and told him.

If you actually read the report, there's no mention about when the SS contacted the FBI.
The only mention in the report about communication between the two entities takes place on the tarmac right before Clinton boards the airplane.
I used to wonder why Bill Clinton simply didn’t telephone Loretta Lynch, but then figured this: there’s no way to explain having accidentally or even impulsively phoned somebody you are not supposed to be talking to at all, and there are records — and possible recordings? — of all phone calls. So...Bubba arranged physically to be someplace Lynch would be so he could claim to have heard at the last minute that Lynch was there and do a “pop in” to say hello and - ahem - chat about their grandchildren. (I think the story was that Bubba was playing golf somewhere nearby that day.) Yes, such a meeting could create a record, but Bubba banked on not getting caught, and figured he’d just lie — as he eventually did - if he did get caught, whereas, he never could have said he had just randomly telephoned Lynch to chat about grandchildren.
IMO, here is what the bastards were up to and came very near to accomplishing.
They turned the FBI political. If the stinking skank would have taken the election, the FBI would have become the gestapo. The national socialist agenda would have become nearly complete.
All they needed to do then, was to ban all firearms and the courts would have fell in line.
Just like the Nazi party did in Germany prior to WW2.

Set up WHEN? Right there at the airport, or a day or more before? Makes all the difference.

This is precisely how Trump should meet with Putin. Their planes should land at some foreign airport around the same relative time, and they should spontaneously have a meeting with no staffers, security, or reporters in attendance and talk about their grandchildren.
