Starbucks senior management could learn a thing or two from the Black Rifle Company
Following Starbucks corporate announcement that anyone can use the stores restrooms, even without buying anything, I posted on Twitter: Starbucks: A national public bathroom chain which serves mediocre espresso coffee topped with a frothy whip of white privilege, and an extra shot of millennial attitude.
What prompted the post? While Starbucks executive chairman Howard Schultz travels the country on an apology tour for racial insensitivity, the Starbucks in my Sacramento neighborhood has become a cesspool for heroin addicts, and weird naked guys using the restroom
without locking the door. Yep, a Starbucks employee opened the store bathroom to find a naked guy doing whatever he was doing in there.
I don’t like Starbuck’s coffee but the other morning, staying with my brother on the Upper East Side, I was forced to one because I couldn’t find the Dunkin’ Donuts. It was the same black employees you see everywhere in Manhattan - slow and surly. I could have been on the checkout line at D’Agostino’s for all the difference it made.
And you can use their Wi-Fi to pimp your blog on other people’s dime.
Thank you for the post.
I find the Canadian Free Press to be a useful source of information.
If there ever was a reason to boycott a company, Starbuck’s checks the entire list: an inferior product, surly service, a dangerous environment, and an insufferable CEO who can’t stop lecturing White Americans. If anyone gifts you with a card to this pathetic business, politely decline it.
Oh my gawd.
The self-appointed cop of freerepublic has a twin.
If FR had bathrooms, I suspect Sean Anthony would be leaving them a mess.
Black Rifle is a good call! And America runs on Dunkin!
And explain that your biohazard suit is at the cleaners.
I think every place should allow a person to go to the bathroom. Such a strange issue to be against. United States is the worst at providing public restrooms so businesses should. And no penalty if someone pisses in some bushes. We have ridiculous laws for such a natural mandatory function. Good for Starbucks. For every druggy, there are thousands of normal people who have to simply go to the bathroom. Such a no brainer.
See post 7 humble
Thank God they have a drive-thru.
Sipping a cup of their Coffee or Die blend (my favorite) as I type this. Started with their sample kit of four blends, but found this to be the best to my taste. Also have a couple T-shirts and cups and found other guys in my Squadron that support them too. Nothing like supporting my fellow veterans who are making it in the business world.
Good post.
Before you go into a Starbucks's ask yourself a simple question:
Where do the Baristas and other Starbuck's workers wash their hands before they served and waited on you?
Liberals ruin everything. Including their own businesss.

LOL! Why pay for some cloud services when you can get free bandwidth?
Monetizing their bathrooms is a strategy that investors are going to find it hard to buy into.
