I guess there’s no chance for redemption with this fella. This was 7 years ago.
Trump appeals to people, across the political spectrum.
That is why he won. He appeals to her, and he appeals to him.
That is part of why he is a great leader.
People change. She has been an avid Trump supporter on Twitter for quite a while.
Trust but verify.

so we can conclude she followed the pack b/c she was making zillions.
Might now be changing due to the horrendous crimes of avowed liberal Harvey Weinstein.
My mom sounded like Roseanne in 2011 also. But today she is 100% different politically because of Trump.
She’s been all over the map politically. Personally, I think she and her husband were high on coke most of the time - culminating in her disgraceful rendition of the Star Spangled Banner years ago. I was a fan of her show. Because some of these people are very talented, I tend to ignore all the stupid political statements of “stars.” They generally don’t know what they are talking about and they are often not real bright.
Apparently, some time between 2011 and 2016 Roseanne had an epiphany. Maybe she got Obamanated and realized she did not like it.
On the other hand, maybe she’s using her “blue-collar cred” to cynically make money.
I’m still not sure. She is a strange person.
I only listended to part if it, and she is partly right, bashing the Repubic talking points and the the tea party candidates who are controlled. She was ahead of her time.
Oh for F’s sake!
No one thinks she is conservative!
She is a bluedog Dem.
Ted aint perfect either, nor is Trump.
They all are preferably to Hillary or Obama/Sanders and the like.
The reality is that a lot of conservatives have to hide to remain in the business. So was this the case with her, or did she just finally swallow the red pill? From all indications I have seen, she is a true Trump supporter.
Both Roseanne and Trump are essentially classic Democrats - government support of the blue collar man and less about small government and individual rights.
What makes her show this week unique and shocking wasn’t that she supported Trump and the GOP (and she does NOT support the GOP) but that she aired that opinion in a time when the media and the internet tech companies are obsessed with censoring, AND PUNISHING, all speech that is pro-Trump.
The real question is - is Roseanne at least enough of an American that she sees it falling to these socialist despots and is willing to fight back on that level?
This is how far we have fallen.
She has admitted herself she is a liberal, so what. She has know PDJT for years and she does support him. Do you really think we can get the things this country needs without any Democrats? Grow up!
Nice they don't trash President Trump. That's a plus but bernhardt is an animal and I don't need to subsidize any content that gives her a spotlight to slander our nation further.
If that means I don't watch TV, well, it looks that way and I won't miss it.

People see the light all the time. In fact, Trump won because a whole lot of traditionally Democrat voters in the rust belt, and a significant number of African American males, changed their mind about pulling the lever for a Republican. Trump gave them that space to come over that the traditional free-trade GOP candidates never did.
Roseanne is, was and remains a lefty.
However, she is a lefty that has realized that her party is off the rails and rationally is looking at other options. She now faces backlash from her fellow travelers for leaving the fold. This is the point where she gives up and returns to the fold or actually becomes something other than a lefty.
I’m willing to cut her some slack and see which direction she takes.
People who vote for 'rats are either dumbasses who are not politically astute, or true-believing rabid America-hating commies (I was the former). Once I began to delve below the surface, I saw that I had been Republican all along. Maybe Roseanne has figured it out. Maybe she had an epiphany in which she finally realized "you leftists are fulla $hit!" Or maybe she just likes Trump. Before he got into politics there were probably lots of Hollywood types who liked him. Some have stuck with him.
She was on record supporting Trump soon after he announced, and is very supportive of veterans, and also of the working class people from whom she sprung and whom she represented in the original Roseanne series—which are two of the reasons she supported him.
Blog pimping must pay off, else we wouldn’t be seeing so much of it.
