President Donald Trump is filling the upper ranks of his administration with appointees who share his disbelief in the scientific evidence for climate change giving them an opportunity to impose their views on policies ranging from disaster planning to national security to housing standards.
At the Interior Department, decisions about Pacific island territories threatened by rising seas are in the hands of an assistant secretary who has criticized climate alarmists for once again predicting the end of the world as we know it. Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdues top advisers include a former talk radio host who has dismissed much climate research as junk science. Trumps nominee to head research and technology at the Department of Transportation claimed three years ago that global warming had stopped a position at sharp odds with the findings of federal agencies like NASA.

What the hell does climate change have to do with housing policy???
"a position at sharp odds with the findings of federal agencies like NASA."
Oh, I thought NASA was supposed to be focused on Muslim outreach, not climate change.
I'm so confused!
More good news. Fools are not being suffered lightly.
Non-GROKers will never..... get it!
Science uses the scientific method.
Climate “science” does not use the scientific method.
Any questions?
Emily, there isn’t ANY scientific evidence for global warming, cooling or climate change.
It’s modeling Emily. As in computer models.
Check it out for yourself, and find you have been lied to.

“Trump is filling the upper ranks of his administration with appointees who share his disbelief in the scientific evidence for climate change “
Winning!
That’s what we voted for-
MAGA 2020
Sure, there are millions of fools who believe in Gorbal Warming or Climate Change. But most of the insiders see it as a brilliant way of spreading the pork and the bribes, taxing the workers, and scooping up gubbermint grants.
It’s about time we got some good news.
I think it means climate change government types can impose more useless "energy saving" crap on our appliances, like refrigerators, dishwashers, washer and dryers, etc.
Sounds like we are in good hands. Trump has trusted this to people who want to be convinced scientifically rather than with scare tactics and hokum.
#FakeScience takes a hit!
“President Donald Trump is filling the upper ranks of his administration with appointees who share his disbelief in the scientific evidence for climate change...”
Excellent.
OK!! Everybody pay attention!
Lesson for today:
1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.
2. The sun is a giant nuclear furnace that controls the climates of all its planets.
3. The earth is one of the suns planets.
4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.
5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.
Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?
Cut off the Grant Money, too.
You can post your replies on Pollutico but only if you are on F*c*book. I hate F*c*book, therefore I won’t reply.
Note that they are called “skeptics”, and not the more loaded term “deniers”
That is some small measure of progress.
All correct. And that is why all superpower nations have built underground cities. They are prepared for the upper crust to survive when this little pea gets hit by a super nova.
They say that like it is a bad thing.
As Martha Stewart regularly said, "And that's a good thing."
I used to live on Anna Maria Island. All the oler homes from the Forties and Fifties are just neat Mid-Centurt Modern. Don’t know when they changed things, but all the newer homes are on stilts, with living spaces on the second level.
