It’s probably appropriate that "comedian" John Oliver’s late-night HBO show is called Last Week Tonight -- his material is about as old and tired as his sense of humor.
Case in point: Sunday night, when Oliver openly joked about incest in the White House, saying that Donald Trump has more “electrifying sexual chemistry” with his daughter than does her husband.
“What’s crazy is, Kushner has reportedly been on interim security clearance ever since he joined the White House, and that is for pretty good reason,” Oliver said Sunday, referring to allegations that Kushner omitted millions of dollars in assets in his financial disclosure forms, along with over 100 foreign contacts.
“So in other words, Kushner screwed up some important paperwork, keeps changing his personal wealth, and casually overlooked hundreds of foreigners. He truly is his father-in-law’s son. The only real difference is: One of them has electrifying sexual chemistry with Ivanka Trump, and the other is Jared Kushner,” Oliver said.
There’s also only one real difference between toilet bowl scum and this late-night “comedian” – one of them is tolerable, and the other is John Oliver.
Oliver is a sick puppy
One, why do they go so low? And two, is there no bottom?
When one of them goes low, the next one tries to go lower.
No, it is nor “appropriate” to make such comments and it certainly isn’t true either.
A competent father is giving his competent daughter a major role in his business. This is totally reasonable.
My head wants to blow up due to John Oliver. He provokes love and hatred at once. He is so funny and his dimples are so cute especially when he tries really hard not to laugh at his own jokes and fails. BUT HIS POLITICS SUCK BAD. If you watch him on a subject you agree with him on, you might love his brand of humor and argument. I hate it because he is so wrong.
But he married a drop dead gorgeous American military hero. He’s doing something right.
Which means, Oliver himself has been involved in that very sin.
The hallmark of a lazy entertainer is vulgarity instead of clever comedy.

I can add him to my list of entertainers who, if I ever chance to meet up with, things will get ugly super fast.
